Zhaizhuang was originally named Zhaizhuang. In the past, the dry land in the northwest of the village was the main road of Beijing. Businessmen from the south to the north and candidates who came to Beijing to take the exam came and went, and horses and chariots flowed endlessly. Streets and lanes in the village crisscross, locust trees and willows grow luxuriantly, covered with shade, shops, inns, restaurants and private schools are dotted, and halls, corridors, cornices, roofs, carved doors and windows of residential houses stand on the streets.
Near Jingshi Road, there is the Jade Emperor Temple in the northwest corner, the three religions (Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism) in the northeast corner, the Dongsanguan Temple (Liu, Guan and Zhang) in the east entrance of the street, the Xisanguan Temple (Heaven, Earth and Water, namely, Yu Shun and Dayu) in the west entrance, and the athel Loren Temple (Chunzhang) in the middle. There are nine ancient villages in Zhaizhuang, including Yuguanye Temple, Nanhai Temple and Land Temple. They are all built in different locations according to the geography and geomantic omen of the village. Up to now, the old people in the village have also circulated the folk song "Jade Emperor Temple in the northwest corner, three halls in the northeast corner, two sitting in three civil and military officials, and Dangyang (in the middle) sitting in the plague god".
Later, a catastrophic flood swallowed up three-quarters of the village, leaving only the southeast corner of the village, which is now the location of Zhaizhuang. In the 1970s, after large-scale land leveling, villagers occasionally dug up cultural relics such as pot heads (cooking stoves) and round coins when digging in farmland in the north of the village.
Due to historical reasons, the historical materials left by the original Zhaizhuang village are relatively scarce. But today, there is still a legend in Zhaizhuang that Tong Pi, the drug king, is a Zhaizhuang native. Speaking of Tong Pi, many people are familiar with him. He is one of the 28 old generals of Liu Xiu in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and he is also the king of medicine in Anguo Wang Yao Temple, a holy place in medicine. Judging from the existing historical materials, it is only recorded that Tong Pi was a native of Xindu (now jizhou city).
According to legend, Zhaizhazhuang Village has a huge scale in history, and the villagers live in four tribes: Pi, Hui, Di and Bai. Tong Pi, whose real name is Wei Jun, was born in Dijiazhuang on April 28th in the fourth year of the Yuan Dynasty. His father Piji was the prefect of western Liaoning, and his younger brother Pizhu followed his mother all his life. His mother's name was Piyuefang.
Tong Pi has been very clever since he was a child. When he was young, he saw that the society was in turmoil, disasters continued, and people often suffered from diseases, so he decided to study medicine to save the world. With the support of his family, his father invited a famous doctor to teach him. Tong Pi studied ancient books assiduously, and concentrated on collecting and studying the folk prescriptions and prescriptions of eighteen counties in Kyushu. Within three years, he was able to make house calls in four towns and villages, and his medicine was cured. As time goes on, medical names rise. .
At the end of the Western Han Dynasty, the world was in chaos and the people were in dire straits. Tong Pi realized that it was really difficult to save the world by personal medical skills. With the consent of his father, he resolutely gave up medicine and embarked on a career with the ambition of saving the world. With his extraordinary wisdom, Tong Pi was quickly promoted to success (equivalent to the prefect). When Wang Lang (Wang Mang) divided Handan, he pretended to be the royal family. Tong Pi learned from others and advocated that Liu Xiu should take Hebei as a foothold to help the Han Dynasty, which was adopted. With the help of Tong Pi and others, Liu Xiu established the Eastern Han Dynasty. Tong Pi is one of the 28 old generals of Guangwudi. Ye Fan, a historian, said: "A word can prosper the country, and it is near." In this way, Tong Pi became the first founding hero in the history of China who was called "Prospering the country with one word".
So how did Tong Pi come to Anguo and become a drug Lord?
According to historical records, Tong Pi died in qi zhou (Anguo) on October 15th in the Eastern Han Dynasty (30 years). Therefore, the body was buried in the south gate of qi zhou, and a jujube tree was planted beside the tomb.
It is said that in the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, the emperor's daughter suffered from a strange disease, which was ineffective after being diagnosed and treated by many famous doctors. Early this morning, a slang doctor who claimed to be Tong Yan Hefa from Nanguan, qi zhou, happily unveiled the list and went straight to the palace. After the diagnosis, he let the princess take his own jujube pill and drifted away. Who knows that shortly after taking the medicine, the princess vomited and diarrhea, and she was sleepy, as if she were dead. Seeing this, the general manager urged the guards to chase the doctor quickly, and several eunuchs quickly led a group of guards out of the south gate. I saw the man walking leisurely in the direction of qi zhou, but no matter how he chased him, he always kept eight feet away from him. See qi zhou Nanguan, blink of an eye, the man disappeared under a jujube tree in front of the roadside grave. Everyone wandered around under the jujube tree in front of the tomb, but there was no sign of Dr. slang.
While he was hesitating, another group of palace maids flew in, only to hear a loud cry: "The emperor has a decree, and the princess has recovered. Please ask the doctor to return to the palace to receive the reward! " After asking local officials and people, it was found that this place was the tomb of Tong Pi, a general of the Eastern Han Dynasty. So the eunuchs concluded that Tong Pi had come to relieve the emperor's worries and recalled his horse. When the emperor heard this, he repaired the temple, built Wang Pi Pavilion and erected a tombstone to express his gratitude. When people saw the royal family come to build temples and burn incense, they regarded Tong Pi as the "King of Medicine".
When the Yuan Dynasty (1 10 1) established Jing State in the Northern Song Dynasty, Song Huizong followed in the footsteps of his emperor and named Tong Pi as "Lingbi Hou" and "Lingbi Gong". Tong Pi's folk "drug king" god has angrily stepped onto the political stage. In the sixth year of Xianchun in the Southern Song Dynasty (1270), Du Qi was named "the immortal will bless the king in the Ming Dynasty". Since then, the emperor has won the title of "King of Medicine", which is far-reaching and admired by the whole country. Anguo has also become a sacred place where "medicine has no taste of qi zhou, and qi zhou is ineffective".
