These three towers are composed of one big pavilion and two small pavilions. The Great Buddha Pagoda, also known as Chihiro Pagoda, is called "Wenbi Pagoda" by local people, with a total height of 69.13m and a tower bottom of 9.9m, with a grade of 16. Nanzhao State, built in the Tang Dynasty (833-840), is a typical hollow square brick tower with dense eaves in Dali area. The South Tower and the North Tower are all ten-level, with a height of 42.17m. Built in the period of Duan Zhengyan and Duan Zhengxing in Dali (1108 ~1172), it is an octagonal hollow brick tower with dense eaves. Three pagodas stand at their feet, Chihiro Pagoda is in the middle, and the second small pagoda is arched north and south.

The three towers of Chongsheng Temple have three functions in one, and the art of tower building is at its peak, which has extremely high historical, cultural and architectural value. 1961On March 4th, the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple were announced by the State Council as the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
