Qinling-Huaihe Line (hereinafter referred to as Qinhuai River Line) is the geographical dividing line between northern and southern regions of China.
Because the temperature, climate and topography in the north and south of Qinling Mountain show different changes, the Qinling-Huaihe River line has become the most important geographical dividing line between north and south in China.
