Before turning on the warm air, you need to warm the car to raise the water temperature, then adjust the temperature control knob in the air conditioning panel area to the highest temperature, start the internal circulation, and then use the air volume adjustment knob on the right to adjust the air volume. Note that the AC button of the air conditioner does not need to be pressed.
The air conditioning refrigeration system consists of compressor, condenser, liquid storage dryer, expansion valve, evaporator and blower. Copper pipes (or aluminum pipes) and high-pressure rubber pipes are used to connect all parts into a closed system. When the refrigeration system works, the refrigerant circulates in this closed system in different states, and each cycle has four basic processes: 1. Compression process: the compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas at the evaporator outlet, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and discharges it from the compressor.
2. Heat dissipation process: superheated refrigerant gas with high temperature and high pressure enters the condenser, and due to the decrease of pressure and temperature, the refrigerant gas condenses into liquid, releasing a lot of heat.
3. Throttling process: After the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant liquid passes through the expansion device, the volume becomes larger, the pressure and temperature drop sharply, and it is discharged from the expansion device as mist (fine droplets).
4. Heat absorption process: Misty refrigerant liquid enters the evaporator, so the boiling point of the refrigerant is much lower than the temperature in the evaporator, so the refrigerant liquid evaporates into gas. In the process of evaporation, a lot of ambient heat is absorbed, and then the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor enters the compressor again. The above process is repeated to reduce the air temperature around the evaporator.
The functions of automatic air conditioning include automatically adjusting the temperature and humidity in the car, automatically controlling the return air and air supply mode, and controlling the operation mode and ventilation volume. The electronic control unit will make the air conditioning system run automatically according to the settings made by the driver or passenger through the buttons on the air conditioning display control panel, and adjust the air supply temperature and speed in time according to the signals input by various sensors, so as to keep the air environment in the car in the best state.
