Among all the "sands" surrounding auspicious places, the most important ones are the so-called "Four Gods of Sand". They are hills located in the four directions of the left, right, front and back of the auspicious place. In Feng Shui, they are borrowed from the four directions in the sky. They are named after the stars: Qinglong (located to the left of the auspicious place), White Tiger (located to the right of the auspicious place), Suzaku (located in front of the auspicious place), and Xuanwu (located behind the auspicious place). Not only that, Feng Shui also makes detailed regulations on the shape of "sand". Only "sand" with a beautiful and dignified appearance is considered auspicious.
It is conceivable that a place with beautiful "Sishen Sand" will be a pleasant mountain basin at various scales.
For the peaks around the base:
1. The mountain in front of the acupoint is called Zhuque;
2. The mountain behind the acupoint is called Xuanwu;
3. The mountain on the left side of the cave is called Qinglong, and the mountain on the right side of the cave is called Baihu;
4. The mountain near the cave is called Anshan, the mountain far away is called Chaoshan, and the mountain behind the cave is generally called Leshan, or Ghost stars;
5. On the left and right sides of the cave, in addition to the dragon and tiger sand, there are also obsidian stars and probe stars, which are called ghost stars;
6. Mountain singing birds inside and outside the water mouth star. Bird stars are also divided into: confrontation is called defending.
7. The tall ones like lions, elephants, turtles and snakes are called Huabiao, the ones stretched out in rows are called Luocheng, and the complete and beautiful hills are called Yuyin, warehouses, etc.
