Bochishan Park is currently open 24 hours a day for free and is the largest park in Huai'an. I think I can go and play. The following is its introduction: Bochishan Park is located in the southeast of the central area of ??Huai'an, connected to the South Railway Station to the east, Xiangyu Avenue to the west, the Economic Development Zone to the south, and the ancient Yellow River Scenic Belt to the north.
Bochishan Park is named after the mountain and is alive because of the water. Bochi Mountain "The panshu is concave and curved, shaped like a bowl", so people call it Bochi Mountain. Du Guangting's "Dongtian Blessed Land" in the Tang Dynasty first recorded that Bochi Mountain was listed as one of the "Seventy-two Blessed Lands" of Taoism. It is said that Zhou Gongzi Qiao once made elixirs here.
Zhou Gongzi Qiao is the prince of King Zhou Ling. He has a quiet nature and likes to play the sheng. He is often surrounded by the sound of phoenixes singing in harmony. He was so intelligent that at the age of 15, he asked Uncle Ping, the envoy of Jin Ping, who was dumbfounded and speechless. Later, he ran away from home due to different political opinions from his father. He wandered between Yi and Luo rivers, became a disciple of Duke Fuqiu, and studied Taoism in Songshan Mountain for more than 30 years. Daocheng chose a place to make elixirs, and when he went to the lower reaches of the Huai River, he discovered the "remote and spacious" Bochi Mountain. Prince Qiao then built an alchemy platform and dug an alchemy well under the platform. The water in the well was clear and sweet. After the golden elixir was refined, chickens and dogs were fed, and the chickens and dogs turned into phoenixes and lins. Prince Qiao then ascended to heaven with the phoenix and the lin.
Li Bai's poem "Huaiyin Shuhuai" says: "The flying ducks come from the west, and they are suitable for Jiaxing. They are fond of King Qiaoxi, and they are fond of old friends." It is said that the young master Qiao ascended to the world after refining elixirs in Bochi Mountain. story.
At the foot of everyone is Jinghui Temple, a thousand-year-old temple in Bochi Mountain. It is located at the northern foot of the mountain. It was built during the Hongde period of Song Taizu. It was originally called Hongfu Temple and was destroyed by the war. It was rebuilt during the Zhengtong period of the Ming Dynasty, with a grand scale and majestic momentum. There are 24 cloisters on both sides of the Main Hall and the Great King Hall, with bell towers and drum towers at both ends. This is the Pilu Pavilion, with thousands of Buddha statues and a Sutra Tower that "stands tall alone". There is a poem that says: "The ancient temple has a steep ancient road, and the Sutra Tower stands half-way up in the sky." Jinghui Temple was once very famous, and Emperor Yingzong of the Ming Dynasty personally awarded it with the five characters "Edict to seal Jinghui Temple".
The Zhaoyin Temple on the north side of Bochi Mountain was built in the early Qing Dynasty of the Ming Dynasty. It was built by Guo Di, a Suzhou native who called himself "Five Wanderers". Guo Di, also named Cifu, was almost assassinated for opposing the powerful Prime Minister Yan Song, so he fled to Bochi Mountain to practice. At that time, Chen Wenzhu, the prefect of Huai'an, had a Buddha statue painted by Mi Fu and the ink inscription "Tathagata Marrow, Sakyamuni Bones, Unknown to People, Maitreya Buddha. Mi Fu's Book". Guo urged him to find someone to cut the stone, and this "stone carving of Buddha painted by Mi Yuanzhang" was placed in Zhaoyin Temple.
Looking from a distance when climbing the mountain, you will see Shanzi Lake. The lake is clear and shallow, with fluttering lotus leaves, curling red pods, white gulls rising and falling, and fishing sails appearing and disappearing. On the lakeside, the reeds are rustling, the weeping poplar trees are fluttering, and there is a Banqiao that connects to the houses in the fishing village. It looks like a typical water town scenery. There is Ailian Pavilion in the center of the lake, which was built in the 53rd year of Kangxi reign. The pavilion enshrines a statue of Guanyin, which is said to have been carried by monks from Yuntai Mountain. Lotus flowers are widely planted around the pavilion, and lotus flowers compete for their fragrance, creating an interesting contrast to each other. At the beginning of Qianlong's reign, Huang Da said in "A Journey to the Ai Lian Pavilion": "Fifteen miles north of Huaiyin City, with flowing water and green trees, there are pavilions with wings scattered across the pavilion. It is named Ai Lian after Zhou Mao's poetic expression. ”
A huge change happened later. In August of the 39th year of Qianlong (1774), the Yellow River flooded down from the old dam mouth of Huaiyin, and Shanzi Lake was silted up. The Ailian Pavilion in the water and the Jinghui Temple on the mountain were all washed away. After the flood, what people see is: Gangfu is still there, and the ruins of Dantai and Danjing are still there, but the "dry wells are covered with dust and sand, and the deserted platform is full of rubble." Only old pines and vines guard Danzao. remains.
Of the thousand Buddha statues in Jinghui Temple, only one remains "sitting in the loess". An old monk found this Buddha statue and worked hard to build three "Zhangshilou" to enshrine the Buddha in the upper floors. During the Guangxu period, Jinghui Temple was rebuilt, but the scale was no longer what it used to be.
The Avalokitesvara statue originally in the Ailian Pavilion was also found by a monk named Wu Zhi. Because of his request, another Guanyin nunnery was built nearby in the third year after the flood.
In the nearly two hundred years since then, there have been constant floods and frequent wars, and all the scenic spots in Bochi Mountain have been lost. Only the red sand from the mountains is a good material for building houses. Because of long-term mining, the mountains have gradually been razed to the ground.
However, the large pond (Shanzi Lake) formed by the flood at the foot of Beishan Mountain is now like a shining mirror embedded in the land of the eastern suburbs of Qinghe District.
People have long been looking forward to building a Bochi Mountain Park centered on Dakouzi that can generally restore its old appearance. Now, the master plan for Bochishan Park is before us and is already being implemented.
Bochishan Park covers an area of ??112 hectares, of which Shanzi Lake covers an area of ??554 acres, and is supplemented by small openings and many fish ponds. Its land area is bounded by Xiangyu Avenue, Zhuhai Road, Nanchang Road, and Heping Road, and a 100-meter-wide green corridor is left in the north to connect with the ancient Yellow River scenic belt. The river network in the area is developed and is surrounded by the Li Canal, Dazhai River and the ancient Yellow River.
The Bochi Mountain Park under construction relies on the historical legend of Bochi Mountain and the natural conditions of the water surface of Bochi (Shanzi Lake), with "one mountain and one water", "one ancient and one modern", and "one quiet and one moving" As the basic theme; in terms of style, the famous mountains are based on Taoist architecture, and the water is based on modern facilities. The landscape and entertainment facilities to be built include: lotus pond, Bochishan Taoist building complex, Xiaoyingzhou Bo Tower, folk street, Bochishan shopping and entertainment complex, artificial forest, etc.
