What are the precautions for installing the mirror of the washbasin?

Attention should be paid to the installation height, fixing method and protection of mercury surface.

1. Installation height of bathroom mirror: the lower edge of bathroom mirror is about 135cm from the ground (or the center of mirror is about 160- 165cm from the ground).

Second, the bathroom mirror fixing method: first measure the hook distance behind the mirror, then mark the wall and punch holes at the mark. If it is a ceramic tile wall, you need to drill holes in the ceramic tile with a glass drill first, then drill holes for 3CM with an impact drill or an electric hammer, put the holes into a plastic expansion tube, screw in 3CM self-tapping screws, leave 0.5CM outside, and then hang the mirror. Pay attention to protect the wall when punching, and choose to punch holes at the joints of ceramic tiles.

Third, the protection of the mercury surface: If the mirror is fixed with glass glue, be careful not to use acidic glass glue, and choose neutral glue (acidic glass glue usually destroys the mercury on the back of the mirror, causing the mirror to be mottled).

Fourth, bathroom mirror lamp installation: bathroom mirrors generally have good lighting coordination, so mirror headlights or lights on the side of the mirror are very necessary. When installing rearview mirror headlights, attention should be paid to prevent glare. It is recommended to install lampshades or choose lamps with frosted glass surfaces.
