The second step of floor heating installation process: install water separator and water collector.

Pay attention to the distance between the lower water collector and the upper water collector during installation, which is about 20CM. Moreover, it is necessary to ensure that the center of the water collector is more than 30CM away from the ground, the number of water separators in the 1 group is less than 8, and the sum of the number of water separators in the two groups is not more than 8. When installing the main pipeline, the slope should be kept at 3, and a fixed bracket or card should be installed at a certain distance.

The third step of floor heating installation process: laying insulation layer and reflective film.

Before laying the thermal insulation layer, make the moisture-proof layer first, then lay the reflective film of the thermal insulation board, lay the thermal insulation layer on the leveling layer, and glue the joints firmly. Spread aluminum foil paper or stick a layer of composite aluminized polyester film with coordinate dividing line on the floor heating insulation layer, and tile the insulation layer.

After the insulation board is laid, the reflective film is laid. In order to prevent the heat from dissipating downwards, a protective layer laid by aluminum foil reflective film is adopted.

The fourth step of the floor heating installation process: laying the floor heating coil

According to the construction drawings, the laying of floor heating coils conforms to the design loop, and the spacing of pipelines conforms to the design. The pipes near the heat-consuming areas such as external walls, windows and floors are encrypted, and the pipes are fixed on the composite insulation board and reflective film with plastic clips.

When the ground area exceeds 30m2 or the side length exceeds 6m, expansion joints shall be set between loops. Cut out 2.5CM wide insulation board and fix it on the first layer of steel wire mesh with tie rod as expansion joint.

The expansion joint should be separated from the upper edge of the insulation layer to the upper edge of the filling layer and run through the whole section. In addition, the pipeline should be flushed and purged by water pressure to ensure that there is no foreign body in the pipeline.

Fix the floor heating pipe with clips. The floor heating pipes shall be of high quality with standard wall thickness, stable quality and fixed with nails. Usually, the coil spacing is adjusted to about 20cm according to the field conditions. A loop is usually not recommended to exceed 80m, and the coverage area should not exceed15m2.

Select two pipes on the water separator, install a pressure gauge and a valve respectively, open the exhaust valve on the water separator, then connect tap water to the system, and close the exhaust valve when water flows out of the exhaust valve evenly. Close the valve, remove the tap water pipe, and install a booster pump to pressurize the floor heating, generally 8 kg.

The pressure gauge shall be installed after pressurization of 8kg. Raise the system pressure to 0.6mpa, stop suppressing (the height shall not exceed 0.8mpa), close the valve, and check whether there is water seepage at each contact. Remove the booster pump, install the plug, and then open the valve, which is the normal pressure of the system at this time, and keep it until the end of construction.

Step 6 of the floor heating installation process: backfill and level the ground.

The horizontal line of the whole house must be at a height. Cement mortar is generally used to smooth the floor heating project. After leveling, the ground elevation difference shall not be greater than 5mm. ..

When laying concrete, you must mark the doorway, corridor and floor drain. Prevent improper behavior from damaging the floor heating pipeline in the later construction.

At the end of the renovation, the heat source device and wall-hung boiler equipment are installed, and the construction personnel install and debug the boiler.
