Flat cards, also known as no cards and no decorative cards, mean that everything is safe and smooth, and everything goes well. It is a very auspicious feng shui ornament, which first appeared in the Ming Dynasty and has now become a widely circulated ornament.
The feng shui implication of "nothing" is that everything is safe and all goes well. Lu Zigang, a famous jade carving master in the late Ming Dynasty, was famous for his integration of seal cutting, calligraphy and painting into jade cards. Later people called it "Zigang brand", and one of the homophones "No (decorative) brand" was deeply loved by the public and widely circulated. Buddha said: Nothing is something, and nothing is everything. Therefore, "unlicensed" is regarded as a "wishing card" and everyone is vying for it. It is said that as long as you make a wish or blessing on "no card", your wish can become a reality and protect your life.
