Xue Ne (649-720) was cautious in his words. Jiangzhou Wanquan (now Xinjiang, Shanxi Province) people. Tang Dynasty famous soldier, grandson of Xue Andu, king of Hedong in Northern Wei Dynasty, and right-back general Xue Zhangzi.
Xue Chuyu was born in Longmen, Jiangzhou (now Hejin, Shanxi) in the Tang Dynasty, the fifth son of Xue and the father of Xue Song. The important characters in the novels "Best Xu" and "Wu Mei Tang Yu" are all called Jin.
