It’s a rubbish company. The company has high debts and poor welfare benefits. It relies on the government to support itself. The leaders have money, but the bottom is miserable. It’s not a state-owned enterprise but it calls itself a state-owned enterprise. It’s all done by one company. It's more of an organization than a government agency. The young people inside are either hanging around and waiting to die, or they're taking various exams and want to change jobs. By the way, after dealing with people there, the overall quality is low, and most of the high-quality people have passed the exam or been transferred out in one or two years. There is a lot of resentment from top to bottom, and it has become a trend to scold the leaders and the unit. Normal children will be very angry within a few years of entering. To be honest, few of my friends, including Wanhe who works at work, think highly of Wanhe and this unit.
