What is the main difference between dry seedbed fertilization and conventional wet seedbed fertilization?
There are four main differences between dry seedbed fertilization and conventional wet seedbed fertilization: First, the fertilization time is early. The planning requirements of seedling fields are the same and must be unified with autumn sowing. However, after the autumn harvest, the conventional seedling field does not pay attention to fertilization, only in winter or spring, only before sowing, fertilization is flat, making seedling boards. However, fertilization in dry seedbed must be carried out in time after autumn harvest, which is very different from the traditional concept. Second, the amount of chemical fertilizer is large. The amount of fertilizer used to fertilize dry seedbeds is several times that of conventional seedling fields. Third, the fertilization effect is different. Fertilization in dry seedbed is not the best. The key is to make the seedbed soil deep, loose, soft and elastic, rich in humus, form a good aggregate structure and achieve sponginess, so a large amount of crude fiber organic matter and livestock manure should be applied. Fourth, fertilization methods are different. Conventional fertilization in paddy field is mainly inorganic fertilizer, and fertilization in dry seedbed is mainly organic fertilizer. Through the combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers, the whole layer fertilization method is adopted to achieve sufficient and balanced nutrients.
