To the north of the foot of the mountain is Donghai Avenue, which extends more than 20 kilometers from east to west. It is an east-west passage in Bengbu City, sponsored by Bengbu Cigarette Factory, so it is named Donghai Avenue. "Donghai" is a brand with a long history in Bengbu Cigarette Factory. Bengbu City is concave, Donghai Avenue connects Bengbu East and West at the upper end (south) of the concave shape, and Hushan is located above (south) the middle point of the concave shape.

The word "concave" in Bengbu, a treasure trove of geomantic omen, is the air force Bengbu airport. Because the airport occupies the largest piece of land in the city center, Bengbu has to develop eastward and westward under the situation that there is an airport in the south and the Huaihe River in the north.
