According to legend, in ancient times, there was an old woman who had no heirs and later rescued an injured little snake. The little snake refused to leave after it healed, so the old woman said to the little snake: There is a difference between humans and animals. We humans don't have tails. If you want to be with me, you have to give up your tail. Later, the old woman cut off a small section of the little snake's tail. The tail of the little snake became shorter, so people called the little snake "Te Di". "Te" means male in Zhuang language, and "Di" means "Te Di" in Zhuang language. In Zhuang language, it means short tail, so people called the old woman "乜dig", and "乜" means mother in Zhuang language. From then on, Minju raised Teju as his son. The Zhuang people still have a related custom, which is to pluck a few hairs from the tails of newly purchased chickens and ducks, which means to get rid of the wild nature of animals and become a member of the human family like this old woman. In fact, this custom and legend reflects the ancient memory of ancient humans domesticating animals, from wild to domesticated animals. The lack of a tail also reflects the evolution of human beings from primitive humans to civilized humans.
Later, the old woman died of old age. After the neighbors put the old woman into the coffin, they said to the little snake: Te Di, Te Di! She usually treats you as her own child. Now that she is gone, look at you. How to be filial to her. The little snake seemed to understand the words, and blinked its eyes. Suddenly, the wind and rain started, and a gust of wind swept the old woman's coffin and the little snake to the highest peak of Daming Mountain. It was around March 3rd at that time. Later, every time around March 3rd, there would be extreme weather, storms or hail in the Daming Mountain area. The local people thought that he was specially dug up to visit his mother's grave.
In order to praise Nizu's great qualities and filial piety, people built a temple for Nizu, an old woman. In order to express their respect, people called it "Dapo Temple" or "Dapo Temple" in Zhuang language. "Grandma Temple" (Luobo Temple) is collectively called "Dragon Mother Temple" in Chinese. The local Zhuang people also began to worship snakes, and they also stayed away from snakes. They were taboo about killing and eating snakes. With the cultural spread and influence of the Luo Yue people, the ancestors of the Zhuang people, the form of the snake was later integrated into the form of the Chinese totem dragon, so later Te Di became the incarnation of the dragon and was upgraded to the original dragon. Therefore Tedigurus is also known as Teregosaurus. Daming Mountain has become a natural giant holy tomb, and it has become the spiritual belief of the Zhuang people in ancient times. They believe that when a person dies, his soul will fly back to Daming Mountain. Therefore, Daming Mountain is considered the tomb of the ancestors and has become a sacred mountain in the myths, beliefs and legends of the Zhuang and Dong people. Therefore, the Zhuang people in the Daming Mountain area are the real "descendants of the dragon." As a result, she was honored as the Mother of Dragons, and the temples where she was worshiped all faced Daming Mountain.
Later, the Zhuang people traditionally set the time for tomb sweeping on March 3rd. On the first day of March, people will pick maple branches and stick them in the cracks of doors and windows. On the third day of March, they will make five-color glutinous rice to worship their ancestors and the Dragon Mother Temple.
A long time ago, there was a man named Wei Dagui in Zhuang Township who served as a minister under a local emperor. Dagui was young, but he was knowledgeable and talented. Moreover, he was very concerned about the sufferings of the Zhuang people. He took all the salary the emperor gave him back to his hometown and distributed it to the people. He had nothing but nothing. One year, there was a severe drought in Zhuangxiang. The villagers begged Dagui to report to the emperor that they would be exempted from the imperial grain. Dagui knelt down and said, "The people in Zhuangxiang have no harvest. I will accompany Qiantai to inspect." Dagui accompanied him to Zhuangxiang. I saw cracked soil in the fields, withered ears of crops, and groups of people with sallow faces and skinny muscles kneeling on the mountain roads to complain. Dagui knelt down and said: "I have seen it for a thousand years, and I have been exempted from food for ten thousand years." The Tu emperor had no choice but to exempt Zhuangxiang from the emperor's food. From then on, he hated Da Gui deeply, but in view of Da Gui's reputation, he couldn't find any trouble to get rid of him, so he used a vicious trick to frame Da Gui.
One day, he called Dagui to him: "Dagui, you have always been very capable, and now I want to ask you to do something for me." After hearing this, Dagui knew that the Tu emperor had bad intentions, but he Still calmly said: "Please come to Chitose." The Tu Emperor said with half-squinted eyes: "I am building a pavilion and lack of tiles. I heard that human skin can prevent cold and heatstroke, is waterproof and fireproof, and is durable. I want you to build a pavilion between two people. Get me 900 pieces of human skin to use as tiles within a month, and you will be rewarded with many rewards. If you fail to complete the task, you will be severely punished." Dagui replied easily: "At that time, I will ask Chitose to come to the city gate in person. Order the goods for acceptance."
One month has passed, but there is no movement from Dagui. Fifty-nine days have passed, and there is still no movement from Dagui.
When the deadline came, Da Guicai summoned 900 powerful men. Each brought a pound of glutinous rice, a pound of rice wine, and a pound of pepper noodles. They came to the foot of the imperial city, set up pots to cook glutinous rice and chili vegetable soup, and took off their clothes one by one. Take off your shirt, go bare-chested, and sit under the city gate drinking, drinking chili soup, and eating glutinous rice. Just when everyone was full of wine and food, and sweating profusely, the Tu emperor arrived in a sedan chair with eight carriages. Dagui hurriedly stepped forward and saluted: "The goods have been delivered to Chitose, but these bastards are all leaking. Can they be used?" When the Tu Emperor got off the sedan, he saw that all the skins on the black and red skin were covered with water. They were all wet, as if they had been fished out of water, and the smell was overwhelming. The Tu Emperor covered his nose with his hand, frowned, and stepped back a few steps: "It leaks and smells bad. It can't be used. It can't be used." After that, he turned the sedan chair and went back to the palace.
If the first plan failed, another plan was born. Tomb Sweeping Day was coming soon, and the Tu Emperor moved Da Gui in front of him again, pretending to be very sincere: "Da Gui, you have always been very smart, but now I have something that I have to ask you to do." When Da Gui heard this, he knew that the Tu Emperor He was malicious, but Dagui said without fear: "Please tell the emperor clearly the legend of March 3rd of the Zhuang people." The Tu emperor squinted his eyes and said: "I need an elephant for Qingming Festival on the mountain behind the palace. A pig's head of the same weight is coming to worship the ancestors. You can get it for me within a month, and you will be rewarded. If you miss the deadline, you will be severely punished." Dagui said with a very relaxed smile: "Easy to handle, easy to handle."
Twenty days passed, and there was no movement from Dagui. Thirty days passed, and there was still no movement from Dagui. After the deadline, the Tu Emperor sent troops to capture Da Gui. Da Gui carried a large scale and went to see the Tu Emperor together with the soldiers: "Your Majesty, there are many pig heads in the Zhuang family that are bigger than the top of the mountain. I just don't know what's behind the palace." How heavy is the mountain? Please use this steelyard to weigh it, so that I can go back and carry the pig's head." "This..." The Tu Emperor was speechless.
Wu Zetian ascended the throne and called himself the Holy Emperor. One winter, she suddenly became very interested and took her concubines and maids to Shangyuan to drink and enjoy the snow. At this time, the heavy snow had just stopped, and I saw that all the rockeries, pavilions, small bridges, and promenades were dressed in pure white. Although the branches and leaves of various flowers, plants and trees were withered, they were dressed up like silver branches and jade flowers after being dressed up by the snow, and they looked particularly special. Beautiful; occasionally two birds fly over, lightly dusting the branches and scattering white catkins, like flying butterflies. Wu Zetian was mesmerized by the sight. She didn't expect the snow scenery to be so magnificent. Suddenly, she discovered that there were little flames burning and jumping in the white snow. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be red plum blossoms in full bloom. Wu Zetian was so happy that she couldn't help but recite a poem to express her joy. When the concubines who accompanied them to enjoy the flowers saw how happy the Queen Mother was, they all rushed to toast her. At this time, one of the concubines said: "Empress Wu, no matter how good the plum blossoms are, they bloom alone. If you can issue an imperial edict, let her Wouldn't it be more satisfying to have a garden full of flowers blooming?
Another concubine shook her head and said, "It is the coldest month of winter, and the plum blossoms are in season." If you want a hundred flowers to bloom, you have to wait until next spring. "
After hearing this, Wu Zetian burst into laughter and said, "It's not surprising that flowers bloom in spring. Hundreds of flowers blooming against the snow are what I want. "
Seeing that she was a little drunk, the concubines persuaded her: "Empress Wu, it's late, please go back to the palace to rest." If you still want to watch it, come back tomorrow morning. ”
Wu Zetian was helped back to the palace by the palace maid. But her drunkenness was still lingering, and she was still thinking about letting the flowers bloom in the snow. So, she ordered the palace maid to bring the four treasures of the study, and immediately held the frost in her hand. Soaked in thick ink, he wrote a five-character poem on white silk:
Wandering to Shangyuan in the Ming Dynasty, I quickly announced the spring news
The flowers bloom all night long, don't wait for the morning breeze to blow.
After writing, she asked the palace maid to take it to Shangyuan and burn it, so that the Flower God would know about it.
After the palace maid took Wu Zetian’s edict to Shangyuan and burned it, she frightened the Baihua Fairy. . Everyone gathered together quickly to discuss countermeasures.
The Peach Blossom Fairy was the timid one and said tremblingly: "Wu Zetian is cruel and can do anything. We dare not disobey." Yeah!"
Several little flower fairies also timidly echoed: "Yes! Let's prepare early and open it in advance!"
The Peony Fairy disagreed. Their opinions were somewhat angrily: "Wu Zetian is too domineering. You are in charge of human affairs, but now you are in charge of us. These flowers bloom, each has its own season, the world is created, and the four seasons follow.
How can we allow you to rebel against heaven and earth? Sisters, we cannot obey!"
When the flower fairies heard what the Peony Fairy said, they all felt that everything made sense. But when they thought about Wu Zetian's cruelty, they all hesitated. Get up.
The Peach Blossom Fairy begged the Peony Fairy: Good sister, please listen to me, let’s just obey. Wu Zetian kills people like trampling an ant, let alone us delicate flowers?< /p>
Many fairies continued: "Sister, this is also the time. Otherwise, disaster will be imminent. "
The Peony Fairy said stubbornly: "Don't do anything against your will. As long as we are strong-willed and strong-willed, what can she do to me?"
At this time, the fourth watch of the drum was beating, and the sky was about to dawn. The flower fairies had made up their minds to see the Peony Fairy, so they had to disperse in a hurry and go their separate ways. The flowers were blooming.
When Wu Zetian woke up, her drunkenness had disappeared, and she sat in front of the mirror and let her maid dress up. The palace maid pushed open the door and reported joyfully: "Long live, the flowers in Shangyuan are all in bloom!" Wu Zetian was overjoyed when she heard this, and thought about the poem she had written that night, which was just "a drunken joke" "Unexpectedly, the flowers really bloomed according to the order. She hurriedly walked out of the palace and came to Shangyuan. Looking up, the peach blossoms, plum blossoms, magnolias, crabapples, hibiscus, lilacs, etc. all in the garden were in full bloom. The clusters of people are gorgeous and colorful. The flowers are reflected in the brilliant morning glow, and the green leaves are swaying in the wind. They are graceful and charming. At this time, all the civil and military officials are running around. Come on, it's rare to see this. Wu Zetian was so proud that she walked towards a field of bare peonies. When she saw that only the peonies were still blooming, she felt a surge of anger. That's great! How can I govern the court if you don't obey your words? Besides, wouldn't it be a shame to face these civil and military officials? The more she thought about it, the more annoyed she became, and she yelled: "How dare you be so presumptuous and resist the decree?" . Set it on fire and leave no one alive!" After saying that, he left angrily.
After receiving the order, the warriors immediately lit firewood and threw it into the peonies. Suddenly, thick smoke billowed and flames blazed, only The peonies were crackling and burning. The Peony Fairy couldn't help but shed tears, feeling extremely sad and angry.
At noon, the fire burned out and the peony garden turned into ashes. The servant reported to Wu Zetian: Long live Qi, the peony has been burned to ashes.
Wu Zetian was still angry and said bitterly: "Eradicate it by the roots, demote it from Chang'an, throw it to Mang Mountain in Luoyang, and let it die." The species is unparalleled!"
Why did Wu Zetian demote Peony to Mang Mountain in Luoyang? It turned out that she often came to Luoyang and had been to Mang Mountain. She knew the ravines, remoteness and desolation, so that she could suffer in isolation. In order to relieve her hatred, the warriors immediately dug out the peony roots with iron sledgehammers, drove them to Luoyang overnight, and threw them into the Mang Mountains. Unexpectedly, as soon as the peonies were planted in the new soil, they took root again. The next spring, the mountains were full of green. People in Mangshan had long been interested in peonies, and every family transplanted them. Later, people in the city heard about them. , came to transplant them one after another. The Peony Fairy was very happy to see that Luoyang people loved peonies so much. When the Grain Rain came, the peonies were in full bloom, and people of all shapes and sizes came to watch the peonies. Extraordinary.
Peonies flourished in Luoyang. Because this kind of peony was strong and strong in Wu Zetian's fire, people praised it as the "scorched bone peony". After cultivation, the flowers became redder and more colorful, so later generations named it "Luoyang Red".
In the late Jin Dynasty, there was an old man Zhang in Nanhantou Village, Pingxing County (now part of Henan), who hunted quails. He was very old and had only one son, so he was called Zhang Tong.
One day, Zhang Tong and his wife felt old and helpless. , cried so hard that he wished he could die with his son. On the day of burial, old man Zhang dug a foot or two into the ground, built a tomb with bricks on it, and said: "My son is still alive. People laugh at him, but some people feel sad for the old man." .
Three days later, Mr. Zhang and his wife went to the cemetery to cry bitterly. Suddenly they heard a banging sound in the tomb and said in surprise: "My son is alive again!" He quickly opened the coffin and carried his son back. Home.
After Zhang Tong woke up, he asked for soup and porridge, saying: Back then, when he was taken to the underworld by an imp, he begged to the underworld official: My parents are old and helpless, please let me serve for the rest of the years until the funeral is over. , die without hatred.
The underworld official was very compassionate and said, "I will let you go now. Go back and tell your father that if you can give up hunting quails, your life can be extended."
When his father heard what he said, he immediately burned all the fishing nets and other hunting tools.
According to legend, in the Western Xia Dynasty, there was a capital city called Heishui City, and there lived a monarch who was extremely heroic, good at conquering and fighting, and was known as the Black General. He is the last monarch of Blackwater City. He is unwilling to settle down and sends troops to fight for hegemony. Later, he was defeated and fled back to Blackwater City. The enemy surrounded Heishui City and could not conquer it for a long time. Seeing that the Ejina River outside the city flowed through the city, they used sandbags to block the upper water source and cut off the water supply in the city. The defenders of Blackwater City dug wells in the city, but even when they dug very deep, no water was found. General Black decided to lead his army out of the city to fight. Before the war, General Black dumped more than 80 platinum carts and other treasures into the well, and killed his wife and children with his own hands to prevent them from falling into the hands of the enemy. Later, he led his army into battle, but was defeated and died due to being outnumbered. The enemy troops invaded the city and searched the entire city but found no treasure.
Since then, the story of the treasure left behind by General Black has attracted many people to hunt for it, but the whereabouts of the treasure remains a mystery.
Dou Yanshan, formerly known as Dou Yujun, was named Dou Yanshan because he lived in Yanshan (Beijing).
Dou Yanshan was born into a wealthy businessman family and his family was prosperous. But at first he had evil intentions, he specialized in fighting for money and selling under his nickname, and he went to great lengths to deceive others and use his power to suppress others. The poor people hated him for being unkind for the sake of wealth, but they had no strength to uphold justice. Dou Yanshan's unconscionable and unjust behavior angered God. He was still childless at the age of thirty.
One night, he had a dream. Dreaming of his death, his father said to him: "You have bad intentions and bad conduct, and your bad reputation has been known to the Emperor of Heaven. From now on, you will be destined to have no children and your life will be short. You must quickly repent and do good, accumulate negative virtues, and practice widely to facilitate others." Only by working hard can we restore God's will and change our ways." Dou Yanshan woke up with vivid memories, so he decided to start a new life.
On New Year's Day one year, Dou Yujun went to Yanqing Temple to worship Buddha. Next to the worship mat in the main hall of the temple, he found two hundred taels of silver and thirty taels of gold. He thought they must be the lost items of the worshipers. He waited for the owner in the temple. After waiting for a long time, he saw a man crying and talking to himself. Dou Yujun asked him why he was crying. The man said: "My father was kidnapped by the kidnappers and will be executed. I finally borrowed money from relatives and friends. I got two hundred taels of silver and thirty taels of gold, intending to redeem the gold and silver for my father's death. But when I touched the purse, all the gold and silver were gone, so my father would inevitably die. I was here just now. I came to offer incense and worship Buddha. I wonder if it was lost in the temple." Yu Jun knew that the man was the owner, so he returned the gold and silver in full and gave him a traveling fee. The owner thanked him happily and left.
A servant stole a lot of money from him, so he wrote a contract to sell his daughter, tied it on his back, and said: "I will sell this girl forever to repay the money stolen." Then he Escaped. Duke Dou took pity on him, burned the contract, raised the girl, and chose a husband for her to marry after she was raised.
There were many poor people in his hometown who could not afford a wife. Their daughters could not get married because they had no money to buy a dowry, so Dou Yanshan gave them his silver to help them. If there were relatives who were unable to attend the funeral, he would provide money to help with the funeral; if there were relatives who had no money to marry their daughter, he would provide the money to help marry their daughter. Except for daily expenses, all the income for a year is used to help others.
At the same time, Dou Yanshan also set up a school in his hometown, collected thousands of books, and invited knowledgeable teachers to teach. Recruit nearby children who cannot go to school due to poverty to attend school for free. My own home is frugal and simple, with no gold or jade ornaments or fancy clothes. Dou Yanshan donated money to the poor and was self-denial and courteous to others, thus he accumulated great virtue.
The next night, Dou Yanshan dreamed of his father again. The old man told him: "You are now very powerful and famous, and the Emperor of Heaven already knows about it. In the future, you will have five sons, all of whom will be on the gold medal list, and you yourself can live to be eighty or ninety years old." When he woke up , discovery is also a dream. But from then on, I cultivated my moral character more and did more good deeds without neglecting them.
Later, he indeed had five sons. Because he valued etiquette, had good morals, taught his children well, and had a harmonious family, the Dou family finally became prosperous.
His eldest son, Mingyi, was a Jinshi in the Later Jin Dynasty, became an official in the Song Dynasty, became a minister of the Ministry of Rites, and was a bachelor of the Hanlin Academy. He was a famous official in the early Song Dynasty. After his death, Taizu Zhao Kuangyin once lamented sadly: "How could God take away my Dou Yi's speed?" !" The second son, named Yan, was also a Jinshi in the later Jin Dynasty. He served as an official in the Han and Zhou Dynasties, and served as the Minister of Rites in the early Song Dynasty. The third son, named Kan, was a Jinshi in the Later Han Dynasty and served as Qi Lang in the Song Dynasty. The fourth son was named Dou Kai, who was a Jinshi in the Later Han Dynasty and served as a senior official in the Song Dynasty. Dou Xi was a Jinshi in the Later Zhou Dynasty and served as Zuo Buque in the Song Dynasty. At that time, people nicknamed them the "Five Dragons of the Dou Family". When all five sons were inscribed on the gold medal list, the minister Feng Dao gave him a poem: "Dou Yanshan, the 10th Master, teaches his sons righteous prescriptions. An old lingchun tree, five branches of osmanthus are fragrant." Dou Yujun also has eight grandsons, all of whom are also Very expensive. In the end, Dou Yujun achieved the official position of advising the doctor and lived to the age of 82. Before his death, he talked and laughed happily, said goodbye to relatives and friends, bathed and changed clothes, and died without illness.
The "Three Character Classic" praises this event with the sentence "Dou Yanshan, who has a right prescription, teaches five sons, and they all become famous", and forms the idiom "five sons pass the imperial examination", which expresses the expectations of ordinary people for their children. Like the five sons of the Dou family, they can all work together to gain fame and have the ideal of great wealth and a bright future.
Princess Jincheng, a noble lady of the royal family; with golden branches and jade leaves, she married far away to Tibet. Born into an emperor's family, his fate was full of twists and turns; he went through a bumpy road and suffered emotional torture several times. Leaving her hometown and experiencing misery, a generation of princesses are enchanted by the clouds of wealth and wealth, and the weak woman is bitter and sad.
Princess Jincheng, comes from a famous family. Princess Wencheng was the last daughter of an unknown clan to marry in the Tang Dynasty, while Princess Jincheng was actually the true "emperor's daughter" of the princess. When the princess entered Tibet, the Tang Dynasty made it clear that she was the daughter of King Yong Li Shouli. Li Shouli's father was Prince Zhanghuai Li Xian, the sixth son of Emperor Gaozong Li Zhi, and the brother of Zhongzong and Ruizhong. "New Book of Tang: Tubo Biography" records: Emperor Zhongzong of the Tang Dynasty personally sent Princess Jincheng to Shiping County, "drinking in the tent, inviting officials and captive envoys to have a banquet. He was exempted from doing so, and the people were given one year's corvee tax. The county was renamed Jincheng, the township was called Fengchi, and the village was called Qiebie." Then he was sent to Tubo by Yang Juchijie, the general of Zuowei.
Princess Jincheng, marriage is full of waves. The princess came to Tibet with the intention of marrying the handsome young prince Shantarawen of Tibet. Little did she know that on the way to welcome the bride, the prince fell from his horse while running and died. According to legend, the princess traveled to the border between the Han and Tibetan peoples. When she heard the bad news, she was so sad and helpless that she felt sorry for herself. The precious mirror slipped from her hand and broke into two halves, turning into two mountains. These are the Sun and Moon Mountains in Qinghai. Although the prince died, his father was still there, so he had no choice but to continue his arduous journey, and by chance, he married the Tibetan King Chitoku Zuzan, who was supposed to be his father-in-law, as a partial concubine.
Princess Jincheng, I feel so sad. After the princess gave birth to the prince Trisong Detsen, the concubine Narang, who was childless, became jealous and snatched the baby while the princess was giving birth, claiming that the child was born to her. The princess was devastated when her son was taken as her own by someone else. Historical records record that Princess Jincheng spent countless sleepless nights without combing or washing. It took more than a year and after many hardships, the princess was reunited with her son. Princess Jincheng, who was hurt both physically and mentally, was far away from her hometown and relatives, and had a rough fate. She died less than thirty years after living in Tubo.
