In episode 388 of Naruto, Naruto was sealed by a storm star, and after Kyubi no Youko's runaway, the fourth generation of Naruto Watergate appeared, preventing Naruto from opening Kyubi no Youko's seal. After sealing Kyubi no Youko again, Naruto was recognized as his son. Naruto was told that the Kyubi no Youko incident 16 years ago was committed by a mysterious masked man, and finally the Watergate incident hurt the mysterious masked man.
