This can increase the firmness of wallboard and prolong its service life. Install the expansion screw at a distance of 1.5 cm from the top of the panel. Be careful not to expose the screws on the surface of the panel, which will affect the appearance.
Matters needing attention in installation of integrated wallboard
1, accurately measure the length and width of the wall, calculate the number of panels, and avoid buying too much or too little material. If there is extra space, you can choose the splicing method, and try to pay attention to splicing at both ends to avoid affecting the overall effect.
2. Before installing the integral wallboard, the wall should be cleaned and kept clean and flat. After the wallboard is bought back, it should be unpacked and stored for 3 days before it can be put on the wall.
3. When installing the skirting board, the hook should be fixed on the wall with expansion screws, and the height from the ground is 7.8 cm. Fix a hook every 60 cm, and hang the baseboard with a 45-degree angle on the hook. Special attention should be paid to that in areas with high humidity, such as corners where furniture is placed, appropriate expansion joints should be left to prevent the wallboard from warping and stretching due to humidity.
