What is a bowl and three chopsticks in front of the house across the hall?

Someone in their family has a stomachache or headache and is counting. It's okay. It usually stays there after getting up to show respect. It often happens in my hometown, and it does no harm to others. I'll tell you a true story (true because I know the client): when I get up, if my stomach hurts badly, I'll probably give it to a tree or something. If someone happens to pass by, the pain may spread to this person, and sometimes it will make people roll. Just like their family, it's over. Nothing happened.
