In ancient times, in the Qingjian cave outside Xumi Mountain, there lived two twin dragons, one green and the other yellow. They hate evil and often fight the "shadow" on the coast of the East China Sea.
One year, there was a great drought in the world, and the land of mountain gods was in urgent need of heaven. The Tathagata knew that these two dragons knew the world very well, so he sent two dragons, Huang Qing and Erlong, to this world. Soon, Huang Qing Erlong discovered that it was the second demon "ghost" that caused demons and grandchildren to spread around the world and set fires everywhere. It also uses magic to hide a kind of "fire" in everyone's heart, doing evil to each other and disturbing the cool world on earth, so many people worship it and follow it.
Huang Qing Erlong is determined to eliminate the evil of human beings and reform the right path of the world. They disguised themselves as two monks to dispel people's evil thoughts and heart diseases in the name of treating diseases and exorcising evil spirits. According to legend, these two demons poisoned people and made them suffer from a strange disease. Only by doing something that harms others and benefits others can we temporarily alleviate the pain caused by the illness. Seeing the human suffering, Huang Qing Erlong in heaven came to the world disguised as a monk and sent people medicines made of cinnabar, pearls and seaweed. After adjustment, many people found their conscience and relieved their pain. The news spread like wildfire and people rushed to tell each other. Three months later, thousands of patients recovered and lived a normal life. People also said that two living immortals had come.
I heard that someone had broken their magic, so I sent two of my officers, crocodile essence and toad essence, to find out the truth. Toad essence is full of evil and tricks. He came to the monk's place dressed as two patients with the naive crocodile essence. Toad spirit saw two monks sitting in the shade of a tree emitting blue and yellow lights, and knew that the other one was a miracle, so he had a plan. He told the crocodile that they were two little gods, so don't take it to heart. Let the crocodile sit there and rest. He can take them back by himself. Crocodile essence is furious, and toad essence can't take all the credit. So he showed his true colors, opened his hay cutter-like mouth and pounced on the two monks.
The two monks knew that two goblins were coming, but they kept silent. When they saw the crocodile essence suddenly show its true colors, one of them aimed at the crocodile and sloshed a marble-sized dragon ball, then knocked it to the ground. Seeing that the crocodile was in bad condition, he turned over and tried to escape. Another monk turned his hand and grabbed its brains and broke them. However, the toad spirit took this opportunity to escape and told the "ghosts" that Qinglong and Huanglong were saving lives.
The "ghost" was furious and personally brought 50 thousand demon soldiers to challenge. Qing and Huang Erlong told all the cured people not to come out, so they rode in the clouds and faced the "ghost" in the air. Qing and Huang Erlong used their magical powers to fight the demon soldiers for seven days and seven nights. Seeing that there are fewer and fewer demon soldiers, the two demons discuss a vicious idea. The two demons arranged their demon soldiers in two long snake-shaped dragon arrays, north and south, and slowly squeezed into the middle. Everywhere they went, everything turned to scorched earth. They tried to burn green and yellow dragons and people.
Huang Qing Erlong has been fighting the demon warrior for days and nights, exhausted. When they saw the evil intention of the "shadow", they turned into two cold yellow rivers, facing two fire dragons respectively, regardless of their own safety. When they came into contact with the "dragon", the fire met the water, which stirred up a huge whirlpool and dragged the demon soldiers into the river one by one. After three days and three nights, the two "big dragons" gradually crushed the "dragon" with their huge bodies. Destroyed the devil, the two dragons also exhausted their vitality and gradually embedded into the ground, forming the present Yangtze River and Yellow River.
To this day, the descendants of the Chinese people on both sides of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River are still multiplying by the river.
2. Legend of the origin of the Yangtze River
According to legend, tens of thousands of years ago, people still lived a life of eating wild fruits with leaves. Many people live together and have no house, so they build a nest in a tree. At that time, I didn't know that farmers were running around all day, hunting and fishing. Then a big black bird flew from nowhere, and it fell like a mountain. That leg alone is ten or twenty feet high. When it flies, its wings spread like a cloudy sky. It eats tigers, leopards, elephants and snakes, and eats people when it can't find wild animals. Put a person in your mouth, stretch your head and neck and swallow it.
Since the arrival of this big bird, people have been fidgeting and always walking around to avoid this big bird. Big birds are becoming more and more fierce and eat people every day. Many years later, people learned to drill wood for fire. On this day, everyone cooks wild animals around the fire to eat. It was cloudy for a while, and the big bird came. People were surprised and knew that they were going to suffer again. But when the big bird saw the fire, it shook itself and flew away in panic. Found that big birds are afraid of fire.
Now, with an idea, people are determined to get rid of this big bird. So many people gathered and lit torches to catch up. When the big bird saw a fire in front of him, it flew up in fear and ran away. People rushed to overtake and approach, and the big bird wing road slammed, and a gust of wind blew, flying sand and stones, and the fire was blown out. The big bird was happy for a while and ate a lot of people. When people suffered a loss once, they came up with another way. They found many red things and put them on their heads. From a distance, they look like fires to scare big birds.
The big bird flapped its wings hard, but the fire could not be put out. When it is afraid, it flies like hell. People shout and chase, from the mountains to the seaside, from the seaside to the Central Plains. I don't know how many days after chasing, the big bird is exhausted. On this day, the big bird flew to the present Qinghai, but it couldn't fly any more. It fell to catch its breath, but suddenly people caught up with it. As soon as the big bird spreads its wings, it aches all over and can't fly. On the verge of being caught, the big bird hurriedly laid an egg, which was as big as the wind and blocked people's way like a mountain in an instant.
People with axes, chisels and hammers tinkled at the black eggs for three days and nights. The egg finally cracked, and the big bird was angry, tired and afraid, and died as soon as its legs stretched out. The big bird stretched its legs and died, so it stopped its eggs. People here are cutting it. When both sides tried hard, there was only an earth-shattering noise and the eggs collapsed. As soon as the big bird's egg collapses, the egg white comes out and rolls west; Then the yolk gushed out and flowed eastward. The egg white flowing westward turned into the Yangtze River; The yolk flowing eastward becomes the Yellow River.
Hu lived to the age of 103.
During the Republic of China, the most famous craftsman in gold mining was Hu Santai Bao. His original name was Hu Taiyuan. Just because he knows the ancient gold mining method, has done several big deals and is eloquent, he has gathered a group of bullies and become one of the gold mining sects with many people and thieves. He is honored as Hu Santai Bao in Jianghu.
Legend has it that he took people to Hunan for gold mining in his early years and found them near an unnamed gold mine. After three days of exploration, a gold nugget weighing three kilograms was found under the Buddha statue of a temple relic at the bottom of the river. The image of this gold nugget is strange and inexplicable, much like a token. In the middle is a woman sentenced to death. Two lines of red rust slipped from his cheeks, his expression was painful and he looked very angry. Especially under the token, a big word' death' naturally forms, which is frightening.
At this time, an old man in rags came to Hubei. At that time, he said in horror that the origin of this thing was unknown. Originally buried in the ancient temple Mahayana, Your Highness. Later, the Yangtze River changed course and was buried in the mud at the bottom of the river. I didn't expect to be dug up by Hu Sanbao. Unless you throw it at the bottom of the river again, you will never see the light of day, or there will be a catastrophe.
But Hu Sanbao didn't believe it, so he threw the Taoist priest out. Who knows that before long, some people from Hu Santai Bao went to drink at night and didn't return all night. The next day, he was found dead on the path. His body was cold and his head was bitten off by something. He can't die any more. Then I went into the water again, and there was an experienced gold digger. He has been a river soldier for generations, and he is like a white strip in the water, comparable to a fish. However, for no reason at all, he was entangled in aquatic plants and drowned at the bottom of the Yangtze River. When he was found, his skin was covered with white hair.
At first, everyone thought it was a coincidence, but since then, things have always happened regularly, and then one after another, people died, either drowning, being stabbed to death without saying a word, or even dying in a woman's stomach while visiting a kiln. Anyway, it's not good to die. Paper can't wrap the fire, and the story spread gradually.
Everyone felt scared, and they all felt that, as the old man said, the gold nuggets and old objects at the bottom of the river that were touched from the wreckage of the Hall of the Great Hero at the bottom of the river a few days ago had been violated. There is a word' death' on the token, which is very strange at first glance. Others said that since Grandpa Hu got this gold nugget, when he went to the toilet in the middle of the night, he could always vaguely hear the voice of a woman crying in the dark, but he couldn't find a figure.
The story is getting worse and worse. Later, there was no way out. Hu was also afraid, so he sent someone to the old road and asked him to help change Feng Shui. The old man asked Hu to offer three sacrifices and led a group of people to kowtow to the king of the Yangtze River to apologize. And put the word "death" back under the Buddha statue at the bottom of the river before the completion.
Strangely enough, since Hu put the gold nugget back to the bottom of the river according to the instructions of the old man, all the strange things have been broken, and no one will die suddenly. People in the old Yangtze River have talked about this and passed it down. Later, the famous great-grandfather Hu San suddenly announced that he would wash his hands of it and live to the age of 103.
4, Dayu water control
The 23rd daughter of the Queen Mother of the West lived in Yaochi Palace, and her name was Yao Ji. She is smart and beautiful, kind-hearted, lively and cheerful, and can't bear the lonely life in the palace. On August 15, she invited eleven sisters around her to travel around the world. When I came to Wushan, I saw twelve dragons making waves, and Dayu, who was in charge of water control, was also surrounded by floods. Yao Ji admired Dayu's spirit of water control and decided to help him with it.
He gave Dayu a water conservancy gobbledygook. Before Yao Ji could tell Dayu how to decipher this gobbledygook, she was caught by the heavenly soldiers sent by the Western Queen Mother and sent back to the palace. The twelve fairies have long been tired of life in the fairy palace. They broke free from the chains of God and returned to the world to help Dayu clear the gorge for disaster relief. From then on, Yao Ji fell in love with the Three Gorges, running between the peaks of Wushan Mountain all day, killing water monsters for boat people, driving tigers and leopards for woodcutter, and spreading sex for farmers ... Twelve sisters forgot to go back to the palace. Over time, they have become twelve wonderful and beautiful peaks standing on both sides of Wuxia Gorge. Yao Ji, an outstanding representative of the twelve fairies, stands on the highest mountain peak and is the first to greet the morning glow every day, thus winning the reputation of "Wang Xiafeng".
5. 18 bronze giant coffins locked with chains.
At the beginning, all the villagers thought it was a monument from heaven, wishing the two sides good weather and ensuring that the Yangtze River flood would never happen again. Therefore, since the stone tablet was exposed from the riverbed in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, believers in Shiliba Village have come to burn incense and worship God every day.
However, with the drought becoming more and more serious, the situation seems to have reversed to some extent. There seem to be some nicks on the back of the stone tablet. The handwriting on it is vague and no one knows it, but the carved painting in the middle seems to be chopped up by a person ... Although the villagers don't know what this means, they also know that it is not a good sign, so they dare not worship again.
Sure enough, on the seventh day when the stone tablet was exposed from the center of the Yangtze River, a huge bronze coffin locked in the depths of the river bed by 18 chains gradually emerged one or two centimeters from the water. The coffin is extremely huge, four or five meters long, covered with sediment, and it doesn't look very real. All the villagers thought it was an ominous sign, and they never dared to get too close again.
It was not until half a month later that the drought suddenly worsened. After three days of heavy rain, the Yangtze River surged, and the Yangtze River stone tablet in Yongzheng connected the huge bronze coffins locked by chains and sank to the bottom of the river again, never to be seen again.
Later, some people sneaked into the bottom of the river to look for it, and even hired fishing boats to salvage it. For several months, there was no harvest. As if the rainstorm had just passed, a mysterious force had covered everything up in the same place and no longer existed in the world.
Just as our educated youth was still lamenting the secrets of the river-bottom Yongzhen stone tablet and bronze ancient coffin in that distant era, the old man sitting in the shade of a tree smoked a cigarette and passed for a long time. He just said simply, "Sink as you sink. The old objects in the Yangtze River originally belong to the Yangtze River, and no one can take them away ... "
