Yongzhou Lengshuitan District Emergency Management Bureau is mainly responsible for:
(a) to be responsible for emergency management, and to guide all departments at all levels in the region to deal with emergencies such as safety in production and natural disasters and comprehensive disaster prevention, mitigation and relief work. Responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of production safety and the supervision and management of production safety in industrial, mining and trading industries (including coal mines).
(2) To implement relevant laws, regulations, departmental rules, regulations and standards, organize the preparation of emergency system construction, safe production and comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation planning in the whole region, draft relevant normative documents, and supervise the implementation of relevant policies, regulations and standards.
(III) Organize and guide the construction of emergency plan system, establish and improve the graded response system for accidents and natural disasters, organize the preparation of overall emergency plans and special plans for safety production and natural disasters in Lengshuitan area, comprehensively coordinate the connection of emergency plans, organize emergency plan drills, and promote the construction of emergency shelter facilities.
(4) Take the lead in promoting the construction of a unified emergency management information system in the whole region, be responsible for the planning and layout of information transmission channels, establish monitoring and early warning and disaster quick reporting systems, improve the acquisition and sharing mechanism of natural disaster information resources, and uniformly release disasters according to law.
(5) Organize, guide and coordinate the emergency rescue of production safety, natural disasters and other emergencies, undertake the work of regional disaster emergency headquarters, comprehensively judge the development trend of emergencies and put forward countermeasures, and assist the district party committee and district government to designate responsible comrades to organize disaster emergency.
