Dimensions of exhaust valve of Wei Xing water separator

The size and diameter of the exhaust valve of Wei Xing water separator is 25mm.

The specifications of common exhaust valves are DN 10, DN 15, DN20, DN25, etc. , should be based on the design drawings before the exhaust valve diameter selection. When it is DN20 pipeline, the exhaust valve should be equipped with DN 15, and when it is DN25 pipeline, it should be equipped with DN20. If the pipeline exceeds DN32, the exhaust valve shall be equipped with DN20.

Usually, the valve for air bleeding in pipeline installation is usually installed at the highest point of the system and often appears on the radiator and water separator.

There are two kinds of manual air release valves and automatic air release valves. The former needs manual operation, and it is more troublesome to close it manually after deflation. Manual deflation valves have gradually faded out of the market, and the latter can automatically deflate at any time. At present, most new buildings adopt or automatically release valves, and gas will enter the heating pipeline during water supply. If the gas is congested, the heating will not be hot. Therefore, a vent valve should be set to vent gas and make the heating system circulate smoothly.

action principle

When water enters the pipeline, the plug stops at the lower part of the positioning frame to exhaust a lot. When the air is exhausted, water enters the valve to float the ball, pushing the plug to close and stop the exhaust.

When the pipeline runs normally, it will naturally produce a small amount of gas, which will gather in the upper part of the pipeline. To a certain extent, the water level in the valve will drop, and the floating ball will drop with the water. The gas will be discharged from the small hole. In the case of power failure or pump stop, negative pressure will appear at any time when the water in the pipeline is empty, and the floating ball will drop with the water. Opening a small hole drives a large number of air intake from the big hole to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
