What is the difference between a water separator with floor heating and a water separator without floor heating?

The function of the water separator is to divide the hot water from the heat source into the pipes laid by floor radiant heating in various ways, so as to realize the purpose of heating in different rooms and adjusting the temperature. The water collector is used to collect the low-temperature water separately radiated by each channel and fix it on the wall or ground. The water separator and water collector are composed of main pipeline, shunt regulating valve and connector, exhaust valve, drain valve and end plug of main pipeline. The use of distribution manifold effectively avoids the loopholes in tap water management, and centralized installation and management of water meters, with single pipe and multi-channel cooperation.

Now more and more friends will choose to install floor heating. In fact, there are many places to pay attention to when installing floor heating. The floor heating water separator is used for diversion. If the whole boiling water flow is large and the circulation is fast, the indoor temperature will be high. If each valve is half open, or a single valve is half open, the amount of hot water in the pipeline decreases, the water circulation slows down, and the corresponding indoor temperature is low; If the hot water is completely turned off, it will not circulate, that is to say, there is no heating in the room, so you can use a good floor heating separator to adjust the indoor temperature. When designing and installing the floor heating system for large-sized houses, the outlet pipes and return pipe will be installed in different areas, and each pair of water pipes corresponds to a water separator. When an area is empty for a long time, users can choose to turn off the water separator, so that the purpose of heating in different rooms can be achieved. The water separator can divert the water in the water pipes, so that the water pipes can achieve the function of pressure balance. The inlet and outlet of the water separator have corresponding valves, which can adjust the water flow and achieve water flow balance.
