Rongxian County, located in the northwest of Yunkai Ancient Land, experienced four stages of structural development: Caledonian, Variscan, Indosinian, Yanshan and Himalayan. The deep Ordovician and Silurian sandstone shale deposited in the early Paleozoic was influenced by the strong crustal movement-Guangxi movement, resulting in folds and cracks.
