2065438+On July 22nd, 2006, the water in Xiangjiang River was turbid and yellow, and small fish and twigs were floating on the water. Due to the construction of historical and cultural blocks, the sight of fishermen sitting on the whole bridge in the early years has long since disappeared. Tangxing Bridge, which has crossed the long river of history, has experienced years and storms, the prosperity of that year and the butterfly change that has crossed the eye of time today, and still stands quietly.
"Animal sculptures of different shapes are rare in China."
Compared with those quiet ancient bridges in the countryside, Tangxing Bridge is undoubtedly lively because of its geographical location.
This ancient bridge in the urban area, located on the west road along the Yangtze River in Hexi, is a single-hole stone arch bridge in Tangxing Bridge. Further from here, it is the famous Yaowan Old Street.
When was Tangxing Bridge built? According to the Guangxu publication Xiangtan County Records, "Tangxing (Bridge) was built in Jinwan Main Street, rebuilt by Xiao Junyi, and repaired in Hexian County during the Qianlong period. Tang Zheng Shilu recorded the border town and went up and down to embrace the Swallow Bridge. If it is on the right, Tangxing Bridge is also. " Zhou Lei, an expert in Xiangtan local history, said that Tang was a scholar of Shunzhi in Ming Dynasty, and that he made Tangxing Bridge's notes. Tangxing Bridge should be a bridge in Ming Dynasty, not a bridge in Qing Dynasty.
The Yanzi Bridge mentioned in the county annals was once located on the west side of Dongyue Temple in Xiaodongmen, which was the beginning of the fourth General Political Department. Next to the bridge is the famous fry breeding ground in Xiaodongmen at that time. Swallow Bridge and Tangxing Bridge are east-west, and Tangxing Bridge is located at the intersection of Taogong Port and Xiangjiang River in Yaowan, Xiangtan.
Tangxing Bridge, formerly known as Hushan Bridge, was named after its proximity to Tangxing Temple. Tangxing Temple was originally named Stone Temple. Hundreds of years later, in the sixth year of Yonghui in the Tang Dynasty (655), Chu Suiliang, a calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty, was demoted as a secretariat of Tanzhou, and went to Xiangtan to write the word "Datang Xingshi" for the stone temple. Tangxing Temple was destroyed in 1970s, but Tangxing Bridge was named after Tangxing Temple, which is the story.
Known as the oldest stone arch bridge in the urban area, it has a long history and its uniqueness: there are various animal stone carvings on the railing of the bridge, including rabbits, elephants, monkeys, sheep, dragons and lions. "The ancient bridges in Xiangtan, if carved, are mostly stone lions. However, the carvings on the Tangxing Bridge Bridge are diverse and rare, which is an exception in the country. " Zhou Lei said that the animal statues carved on the pillars are mostly relics of the Ming Dynasty. Tangxing Bridge's artistic value can't be ignored in the whole country.
This 300-year-old stone arch bridge, after years of erosion, coupled with people's long-term dependence and touch, has been polished very smoothly, but its appearance can still be easily distinguished.
Because there are vehicles and pedestrians crossing the bridge, Tangxing Bridge has carried out many repairs. The construction history of Tangxing Bridge was first recorded on a stone tablet at the west end of the bridge. "Tangxing Bridge, Yi Xiao Junyi donated repairs, which were repaired many times during Qianlong and Guangxu years. The municipal government has carried out emergency repairs twice in 1950 and 1983, which has always been a traffic artery. " 1982, Tangxing Bridge was established as Xiangtan municipal cultural relics protection unit. Subsequently 1983 was rebuilt by Xiangtan municipal company, and the bridge deck was repaired in the form of cement jointing.
Lao Guo, who once opened a teahouse near Tang Xing Bridge, witnessed the maintenance of Tang Xing Bridge at 1983. "Replaced the broken bridge railings and renovated the bridge deck." He showed us that animal sculptures on the old and new pillars can be distinguished from animal sculptures.
Awaken the Cultural Memory of Yaowan Ancient Street
Sendi is presented in the form of an ancient bridge, and Tang Xing Bridge is a series of historical and cultural attractions in the whole Yaowan ancient street. Yaowan Ancient Street was built in Hushan Port of Qin Dynasty. It was founded in 3 13 of Jin Dynasty. After 1700 years of vicissitudes, Xiangtan has become the place with the earliest cultural origin, the richest human resources and the deepest cultural heritage.
Tangxing Bridge to the east, to Wang Hengting, is the entrance to Yaowan. Standing on the granite Wang Heng Pavilion and looking at the boundless river, it just shows the artistic conception of the couplet "Di Wei Tianzhu solitary stone, Yue Se Jiangsheng pavilion".
The arc fence outside the Wang Heng Pavilion was climbed up by green vines and climbed to the small fan-shaped window on the wall. From a distance, dark red and new green look fresh in the dark sky. From Shizui Hutong on the north side of Wang Hengting is Taogong Mountain. Tao Kan, the general of Jin Dynasty, renamed Hushan Taogongshan after he was stationed here.
Nowadays, with the advancement of the Yaowan historical and cultural block project, it is already a different look.
The alley leading to Taogongshan has already changed lanes, and the gate faces north and west. The landscape walls made of blue bricks are continuous, enclosing the cenotaph in Tao Kan and He Tengjiao. On the periphery of the two monuments, there are stone pillars with granite fences. Except for the cenotaph itself and the lush trees, I can hardly recognize the previous appearance. On its side, there is a tomb house with the characteristics of Yaowan dwellings, with a brick wall and a light yellow bamboo wall on the second floor.
When Taogong Mountain went down, the bluestone steps in the lion's mouth just showed their previous appearance, antique. Below it, the stone carvings of Jiangshan Scenic Area, which were previously hidden in ivy and ivy curtain walls, suddenly appeared. The four characters of "Jiangshan Shengjing" were engraved in 16 years of the Republic of China and inscribed by Zhu, a famous scholar in Xiangtan.
The road from Wanghengting to Tangxing Bridge, the underground pipe network trench excavated before, has been paved with road cushion. It was sunny and rainy in Liancheng, and it rained when we got to Tang Xing Bridge. Some workers are wrapped in construction tarpaulins, like colorful hats, which stand out in dark weather.
There are Tanbao Bus Station and Liu Li Dyeing House. "Walking in Yaowan, I habitually go to Tang Xing Bridge, Tanbao Bus Station and Tang Ran, Liu Li. These scattered points just string together the cultural context of Yaowan. " Mr. Xiao, who loves Xiangtan local chronicles, said.
All the changes are imaginary, but they are still unexpected. With the passage of time, Tangxing Bridge and other man-made buildings are integrated with nature.
The future of a bridge and an ancient street
Every ancient bridge lucky enough to survive shines with wisdom and art, engraved with historical and cultural memories. Tang Xing Bridge bears unique artistic and cultural values, adding more cultural elements to the whole Yaowan historical and cultural block.
Nowadays, the fate of Tangxing Bridge is linked with the construction of Yaowan ancient street historical and cultural block.
"It is estimated that the main street from Wanghengting to Tanbao Bus Station will be basically completed by the end of this year, and the street will be opened at the beginning of 20 17." The person in charge of Chengfa Group revealed that the Yaowan historical and cultural block project, which has attracted much attention, is being pushed forward nervously with the arrival of the construction peak season.
A few months ago, the design scheme of Yaowan Tourist Service Center and the design scheme of the section from Jiangshan Scenic Area to Tangxingqiao were released. When these two buildings are completed, they will be integrated with the whole historical and cultural block, and * * * will show the historical features of Yaowan's' Ancient Rhyme Business China'.
As the key building at the entrance of the block, the tourist service center of Yaowan historical and cultural block is also the main building for receiving and serving tourists. Its design integrates the architectural style and cultural heritage of the whole block, with ancient style as the main feature.
From the "Jiangshan Scenic Area" stone carving to Tangxing Bridge, the right side is used as catering service, and snack street and bar street are built in turn. At present, the preliminary design scheme of snack street has been completed and the construction drawing design is under way. "In addition to coordinating the building facade with the bar street, river street and tourist service center as a whole, we will also set up the inner street and Little Square according to the characteristics of the business to enrich the spatial form."
Crossing the Tang Xing Bridge to the Xiangjiang River, Hejie Street will be built into a folk leisure area. "After the completion of Hejie Street, Yaowan will be included in the category of one-day tour in the urban area, realizing' one-day tour in Shaoshan and overnight stay in Yaowan' and promoting the development of tourism in Xiangtan urban area." The person in charge of Chengfa Group introduced.
Things on both sides of the strait have changed, and Tangxing Bridge still stands there quietly. When the Yaowan historical and cultural block opens to the outside world next year, perhaps more people will feel the cultural charm of this ancient bridge.
The secret land of home in the depths of Yaowan
Standing on the Tang Xing Bridge, memories will return to Yaowan, a long river of history, showing its massiness and length. In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, the business of Yaowan flourished, forming a grain market, machinery industry, timber market and so on. Nowadays, after great changes, Yaowan has become a unique cultural memory of Xiangtan City.
At first, Tangxing Bridge was the only road leading to Xiangxiang, Shaoyang, Huashi and Hengshan in Xiangtan, and its bridge body and deck were all granite stones. From Tangxing Bridge to the west, to Yaowan Ancient Street, the round bunker-shaped Tanbao bus station once led to Shaoyang (Baoqingfu).
Today, Tangxing Bridge is still an important passage for Yaowan residents to travel, and people's daily routine and daily life are closely related to this bridge.
Many times, the south side of the bridge deck in Tangxing Bridge is full of fishermen-there are fishermen on both sides of the Xiangjiang River under the bridge. The river under Tangxing Bridge flows into Xiangjiang River, where there are many small fish. Fishermen send the freshly caught river fish to a nearby river fish shop for diners to choose from, and they are all fresh. Local people are used to eating fish and drinking tea on the bridge.
In the early years, the Xiangjiang River rose and the Yaowan was flooded, and the Tangxing Bridge could no longer cross. Wang, a 95-year-old lady who lives in Yaowan, is more accustomed to talking about the floods in Yaowan when talking about Tangxing Bridge.
It started in the 1970s and 1980s, and almost every summer, floods would come ashore from the river and rush to the banks. In the back of Yaowan, the houses on both sides of Yanjiang West Road were flooded. Local residents had to carry lotus root coal stoves, pots and pans and other kitchen necessities and move them all to the second floor. The rising of Xiangjiang River is almost a public memory of Yaowan residents, full of panic and anxiety.
Everyone in Yaowan and those who like Yaowan have a unique Yaowan in their hearts. Their memories of caves and bays are constantly emerging as they walk, just like a secret realm.
