The toll roads in Tongzhou District, Beijing and Yanjiao Town, sanhe city, Langfang City, Hebei Province, referred to as Tongyan Expressway, are a high-grade highway of National Highway 102. Tongzhou part is a horizontal passage in the "eleven horizontal and nine vertical" road network system of Beijing city sub-center.

The west end of Tongyan Expressway is connected with Tiancheng Bridge via Jingtong Expressway and Jingtong Expressway, and leads to Chaoyang Road via National Highway 102, and east to sanhe city National Highway 102 Jingyu Street. On the way, it meets the Beijing Ring Expressway at Sanhui East Bridge.

Tongyan Expressway, formerly known as Jingha Expressway, was changed to Tongyan Expressway when the name of expressway was standardized by the state, and the road number was G 102. It starts from Shuanghui Bridge in Chaoyang District, Beijing, Ximazhuang Toll Station in Tongzhou District, Beijing, and ends at Dongmao Square in Yanjiao Town, sanhe city, Langfang City, Hebei Province, with a total length of about 17.4 km (calculated from Shuanghui Bridge, the total length is 17.4 km; If counted from Ximazhuang toll station, the total length is about 14 km; If it is counted from Tongzhou Beiguan, the total length is about 1 1.9 km).

After leaving Beijing, the road is shared with the national highway 102. National Highway 102 (G 102) refers to a national highway from Beijing to Harbin, also known as Beijing-Fuzhou Line, Beijing-Harbin Line and G 102 Line. Among them, the Shenyang section of Beijing is a part of Dandong-Lhasa National Highway (G025) in the original trunk line system of five vertical and seven horizontal national highways. Harbin section of Shenyang is a part of the main line of Sanya National Road (G0 10) in Tongjiang.
