Which district of Harbin does Li Qun belong to?

Li Qun belongs to the west of Daoli District in Harbin and the south bank of Songhua River. It starts from Hejiagou in the east, reaches the Fourth Ring Road in the west, reaches the Harbin-Shuangbei Line in the south and reaches the Liqun levee in the north. Liqun New District is located in the upper reaches of the city, adjacent to Songhua River in the north and Changling Lake scenic tourist area in the west, with strong ecological advantages.

Through the design of the landscape, we can truly achieve the charm of a new urban area, which is "ecologically livable, surrounded by rivers and still young all the year round". According to the overall planning of Liqun New District, it is widened to 50 meters on the basis of Liqun levee project, forming a riverside landscape belt with a total length of 10650 meters. Following the design principles of harmonious transition in the dike, strengthening nodes, natural and smooth development on the dike, and environmental protection and appropriate utilization outside the dike, different styles of dike slope landscape are created by creating different styles of neighborhood gardens, terraced gardens, hydrophilic docks and other nodes, and adopting terraced fields and gentle slopes. It will surely become a riverside landscape avenue integrating tourism, leisure, ecology and transportation.
