Article 3: Contract Execution Objectives
According to the national and local technical specifications for building fire protection facilities, maintain the contract scope and ensure its normal operation.
Article 4: Responsibilities of both parties
Party A's responsibility: to provide all construction and installation completion drawings and legal qualification procedures of all fire control facilities recognized by public security fire control institutions within the scope of the contract; Bear the cost of maintenance and component replacement; Responsible for the daily operation and management of fire control facilities system; Notify Party B immediately when problems are found, and provide necessary working convenience for Party B to perform this contract; Pay the maintenance fee to Party B according to the amount and payment method stipulated in the contract.
Party B's responsibilities:
1. Repair and maintain the fire-fighting facilities provided by Party A within the scope of the contract according to the national and local regulations and technical specifications on building fire-fighting facilities to ensure their normal operation (except irresistible natural disasters and man-made destruction); In addition to regular maintenance of the fire-fighting facilities within the scope of the contract, send someone to repair them within 24 hours after receiving the failure notice of Party A's fire-fighting facilities; Regularly report to Party A and fire control institutions the operation of fire control facilities within the scope of the contract.
2. Party B shall collect the contract fee by calculating the maintenance labor cost. During the maintenance period, Party A shall bear all expenses for replacing worn and aging equipment parts (equipment parts can be purchased by itself or by Party B at the price agreed by both parties).
3. During the maintenance period, Party A needs to redecorate due to the change of operation mode, and the expenses arising from the renovation project of fire control facilities shall be borne by Party A in full (the price shall be agreed by both parties and Party B shall carry out the construction).
4. If Party B artificially damages Party A's equipment during the maintenance period, Party B shall compensate Party A at the original price.
5. In the sixth month of the warranty period, Party B shall carry out anti-rust treatment (touch-up paint) on the fire hydrant pipeline.
6. During the maintenance period, Party B shall provide Party A with the equipment operation test certificate.

Article 5: Term of Contract Execution

Article 6: Contract Amount and Payment Method
Contract amount: the maintenance fee of this fire fighting system is RMB * ten thousand Yuan only (* 0000.00 Yuan).
Payment method: After both parties sign this contract, Party A shall pay Party B 30%(￥000.00) of this year's maintenance fee within the first week after signing this contract; Pay 50%(￥0000.00 Yuan) to Party B in the first week of the seventh month; Pay 20%(￥000.00) to Party B in the last seven days of the contract period.

Article 7: Liability for breach of contract
Both parties shall not terminate the contract without reason. In case of breach of contract, the breaching party shall pay 50% of the unexecuted part of the contract to the other party.
If Party A fails to pay the maintenance fee within the time limit stipulated in the contract, it shall pay Party B a late fee of 3% of the total contract amount; If Party B fails to perform the maintenance duties stipulated in the contract, Party B shall pay 3% of the total contract price to Party A as liquidated damages.
Article 8: Others
This contract shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by the legal representatives of Party A and Party B or their clients;
This contract is made in duplicate, one for each party, with the same effect;
Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation.
