Will wires be used in the installation of exhaust ducts or exhaust holes?

Exhaust duct is also called ventilation duct and exhaust duct. Pipe products used to remove smoke generated by kitchen cooking activities or stale bathroom gas. It is an integral part of the exhaust pipe system used in residential kitchens and bathrooms. It is a ventilation duct product premade from cement plus alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh or steel wire mesh and other reinforcing materials. Its types include: variable pressure exhaust duct and vertical centralized exhaust duct.

Notes on the vertical centralized exhaust duct are as follows:

1. The ventilation duct system in this atlas is composed of a check valve, an exhaust duct, and a roof hood.

2. The BPS-III type check valve is a composite type, and the BPS-III-(Z) type check valve is a self-control pressure regulating type.

3. When designing the kitchen, different types of exhaust ducts should be selected according to the number of residential floors.

4. The air inlet of the ventilation duct can also be a side air inlet.

5. In this atlas, the size of the ventilation duct in the residential bathroom is 320ⅹ250 and the kitchen is designed in 300ⅹ500. When adjusting the size or location of the ventilation duct in the engineering design, the details should be noted in the construction drawings. Size, and attention should be paid to the adjustment of the size relationship between the facility and the wall and between them.

6. The exhaust volume of each exhaust fan (fan) in the bathroom is designed to be 80-100m3/h; the exhaust volume of each range hood in the kitchen is 300m3/h,

Its wind pressure is equal to 180Pa.

7. When the height of the building exceeds the number of floors specified in the selection table, the ventilation duct section will be designed separately by the manufacturer.

8. Ventilation duct installation requirements:

1) When installing the ventilation duct on the first floor, the ground must be leveled with 1:2 cement mortar;

2) Ventilation After the main structure is completed, the ventilation ducts should be installed layer by layer from bottom to top and supported in layers;

3) The ventilation ducts should be positioned according to the building plane. After the position is accurate, check the upper and lower air ducts The gaps at the joints, upper and lower rows

The joint surfaces of the air ducts are sealed with polymer mortar, and the hanging formwork at the gap between the floor slab and the ventilation duct is poured in two steps with C20 fine stone concrete

Dense and flat (the top and inside are embedded with waterproof sealant). After the ventilation duct is installed, the floor, post-pouring layer and wall decoration will be done;

9 , the gas water heater exhaust pipe is prohibited from being connected to this system.
