The Yellow Emperor asked again: Are all kinds of water diseases caused by kidneys? Qi Bo said: The kidney is in the subordinate yin. Everything emitted from the bottom up belongs to the kidney, and it is the water produced by gasification, so it is called "Yin Zhi". If you are brave and work too hard, you will sweat from your kidneys; When sweating, you encounter wind evil, which invades from the opening and closing mechanism, and the sweat pores suddenly close, so you can't sweat endlessly. You can't enter the internal organs inward, and you can't excrete into the skin outward, so you stay in Fu Xuan, inside the skin, and finally form edema disease. The root of this disease is the kidney. This disease is called "Feng Shui". The so-called Fu Xuan is a sweat hole.

Therefore, the symptoms of watery disease are edema and abdominal distension in the lower part and shortness of breath in the upper part, which is the same disease as lung and kidney specimens. Therefore, lung disease is characterized by shortness of breath, kidney disease is characterized by edema, and lung disease is also characterized by qi inversion, so it is not allowed to lie down; Pulmonary disease and renal disease have different manifestations, but they affect each other. The reason why both lungs and kidneys are sick is that water vapor stays in two internal organs. There are two rows of five acupoints in each row above the rabbit, which is an important way for kidney qi to run, and the liver and spleen meridians intersect on the feet. There is a line above the medial malleolus, and each line has six acupoints. This is the part where the kidney meridian descends on the foot, which is called Taichong. The above 57 acupoints are all hidden in the lower or deeper collaterals of the human body, which is also the place where water and liquid can easily stop gathering.

Qi Bo said: In summer, when anger begins to respond, the mood begins to get bigger and bigger; If the pulse is weak, it is that the yang is overflowing on the body surface, and the hot air fumigates the meat points, which affects the meridians inward, so acupuncture should take the meridian and divide the points. Acupuncture should not be too deep, as long as it penetrates the skin, the disease can be cured, because pathogenic factors live in superficial parts. The so-called Shengjing refers to the fullness and sufficiency of the yang pulse.
Huangdi asked: What is the reason for losing points in acupuncture in autumn? Qi Bo said: In autumn, golden qi began to be in season, lung qi began to converge cold, and golden qi gradually prevailed over falling internal heat. Yang Qi is at the intersection of meridians, and Yin Qi was born. When it encounters dampness, it will invade the human body. However, because Yin Qi is not too strong, it can't help the dampness to deepen, so acupuncture is used to take the "lost" point of Yin meridian to purge the evil of yin dampness, and the "combined" point of Yang meridian to purge the evil of yang heat. Because it began to decline, but it was not too strong, so we chose the "He" point instead of the "Jing" point.
The yellow emperor said: acupuncture should take "Jing" and "Xing" points in winter. What is the reason?
