Why did the police seize the "illegal day trip" shopping store?

It claims to visit Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs, Bird's Nest and Water Cube. In fact, it only visited one scenic spot in Badaling, and then took tourists to various shopping stores to buy jade, inkstone, preserved fruit and roast duck on the grounds of finding a place to rest. This is the operation process of the "illegal one-day tour of the Great Wall Line" which has attracted much attention recently.

Recently, the phenomenon of illegal one-day tour in Beijing was exposed. Yanqing District Committee attached great importance to this and organized a number of administrative law enforcement departments in Yanqing District to conduct joint inspections with the police. At present, three shopping shops along the illegal one-day tour have been sealed up.

The fake "Royal Siheyuan" was investigated for false propaganda.

Yesterday afternoon, the Beijing Youth Daily reporter went to the "Huaxia Yanming Garden" near Badaling Road in Yanqing District, which was declared as the "Royal Courtyard". During illegal day trips in Beijing, tourists are often brought here to visit, eat and shop in a building in the yard.

It is understood that the popular video shows that a commentator at the scene first takes tourists to a room to explain Beijing culture, saying that Beijing has "inkstone culture" and "brave culture", and then takes tourists to the counter to sell inkstones and jade articles. The reporter of Beiqing Daily saw that the price of inkstone on the counter ranged from tens of thousands of yuan to as high as 200,000 yuan. Commentators insist that tourists should not be forced to shop.

However, people familiar with the matter said that it was not a "royal quadrangle", but was built by private investment in 20 13. Yesterday, Yanqing District Tourism Commission, fire protection, industry and commerce, safety supervision, urban management, national tax, land and other departments jointly conducted a joint inspection with the Public Security Corps of Beijing Public Security Bureau's Environmental Food and Drug Brigade. During the inspection, it was found that there was unfair competition behavior of false propaganda in Huaxia Yanming Garden, and the industrial and commercial department issued a notice to correct it, demanding that illegal business activities be stopped immediately. At the same time, when the fire department conducted a fire safety inspection of Huaxia Yanming Garden, it found that there were problems such as paralysis of fire control facilities, so it took compulsory measures to temporarily seal it up.

Subsequently, the joint law enforcement officers came to a jade shop near Mingyanyuan, Huaxia. There was no sign in this shop, and they found jade wares in it when they went in. There are rooms in the store for tourists to rest and use, jade culture propaganda films are broadcast on TV, and then tourists are arranged to shop. The reporter of Beiqing Daily saw that the lowest price of jadeite jewelry was about 1900 yuan.

The store still has unfair competition behavior of false propaganda, and the industrial and commercial department has issued a notice to correct it, demanding that illegal business activities be stopped immediately. The fire department also found that due to the paralysis of fire-fighting facilities and other issues, temporary seizure and compulsory measures were taken.

Finally, the joint law enforcement officers came to a store selling preserved fruit and roast duck, behind which was a so-called performing arts center. Generally, there will be acrobatic performances of "Tianqiao" in the performing arts center, and visitors need to watch them at their own expense. Moreover, the sales of calligraphy works will be interspersed in the middle of the performance, and people who claim to be masters of calligraphy will splash ink on the spot. "Usually, this person has to buy tens of thousands of yuan for his works, so he will give them the price in 300 yuan," the on-site staff usually tells tourists. This exclusive store and performing arts center were temporarily closed yesterday due to paralysis of fire-fighting facilities and other issues.

Illegal day trip, good at playing legal edge ball

The last stop of the illegal one-day tour was a jade shop in Huailai, Hebei. Previously, Ahua, the "boss" of this jade shop, claimed to be a rich second generation, and immediately sold jade to the visitors at the price of 1999 yuan. However, many tourists bought it and got it tested by a professional appraisal agency. They found that all the ornaments were genuine, not fake, but inferior, and the cost was about 100 yuan. Because this jade shop is not in Beijing, the competent departments of the two places will investigate and deal with this shop in the future.

In fact, the tourist police in Beijing have paid attention to the chaos of a one-day tour in Beijing. The Public Security Corps of Environmental Food and Drug Brigade of Beijing Public Security Bureau was established at the beginning of this year. Since the establishment of the tourism detachment, many in-depth unannounced visits have been made to collect evidence, but people in this industry are quite experienced and have been playing the edge of laws and regulations.

Gao Lin, a tourism detachment, said that this group of people engaged in illegal day trips are good at playing the "edge ball" of laws and regulations. At the beginning, they "confuse the real with the fake" and now they have a formal business license, but they "shoddy" and infringe on the rights and interests of tourists by propagating feudal superstitions. It is difficult to define their behavior as illegal from a legal point of view.

At the same time, Beijing police reminded visitors to Beijing to choose a regular Beijing tourist distribution center and not to believe the "cheap day trip" touted by the street.
