So, do you know where the imperial tombs of the Qing Dynasty are? Next, the editor will take you to learn about this imperial tomb of the Qing Dynasty!

Where are the imperial mausoleums of the Qing Dynasty?

Zunhua, Hebei Province, 125 kilometers away from the capital, has the largest, most complete system and most appropriately laid out imperial mausoleum complex of the Qing Dynasty in my country. .

In this mausoleum, 5 emperors, 15 queens, 136 concubines, 3 elder brothers, and 2 princesses sleep. Most of the little masters we saw in Qing palace dramas gathered here.

Introduction to the Imperial Tombs of the Qing Dynasty

Teacher Zhai Jianfeng, who was traveling with us, took photos of the Eastern Tombs of the Qing Dynasty from the air, giving us a glimpse of the mausoleum area surrounded by mountains on three sides and water on three sides, with beautiful scenery , the momentum and layout of the emperor's mausoleum with unique Feng Shui.

Stone Archway

This is the first ancient building you see when entering the scenic spot. It is built with huge blue and white stones. At its southern end is Jinxing Mountain. In the dusk, the stone archway in the shadow of Jinxing Mountain is very eye-catching.

Dahongmen

After passing the stone archway, you can see Dahongmen in the distance. Dahongmen is the main entrance of the cemetery, with yellow glazed tiles and red walls, making it look particularly majestic and solemn.

Dabei Tower, Stone Statues and Dragon and Phoenix Gate

Going all the way in from the central axis of the Stone Archway, Dahongmen, Dabei Tower, Stone Statues and Dragon and Phoenix Gate, you will I sincerely admire the splendid splendor of Chinese ancient architectural art. Whether you are looking forward or looking back, you will find that as the distance and angle change, the picture in your eyes also changes.

Visiting the Qing Dong Tombs

Tourists usually enter the scenic spot by sightseeing bus. The Yuling Mausoleum of Emperor Qianlong, the Mausoleum of Cixi, the Yufei Garden where Emperor Qianlong's one queen and 35 concubines are buried, the Xiaoling Mausoleum of Shunzhi, the first emperor of the Qing Dynasty to enter the customs, and the Jingling Mausoleum of Emperor Kangxi are open to tourists.

Yuling Mausoleum is the mausoleum of Emperor Qianlong Aixinjueluo·

Hongli. It is also the mausoleum with the most exquisite stone carving art in the underground palace in the Dongling Tomb. After walking through the three-hole white marble bridge and entering Longen Gate, you will find the Yuling Mausoleum. This mausoleum was built in the eighth year of Qianlong (1743), and it took nine years to complete the entire mausoleum.

With a history of 275 years, Qianlong was the emperor who held the longest real power and lived the longest life in the Qing Dynasty of China. It was also the most prosperous period of the Qing Dynasty. This can be seen from the intricate stone carvings on the walls of his tomb and underground palace.

I have read literary works and film and television dramas about Qianlong, and I know a little bit about the history of that era. When Qianlong was alive, his fifth son Yongqi was his favorite. Yongqi left a deep impression on the audience in the TV series "Huanzhugege". He has been smart, studious, and versatile since he was a child.

Emperor Qianlong felt that Yongqi was very similar to him, and what he valued most was his inner character. One year, a fire broke out in the Qingyan Hall of the Old Summer Palace for unknown reasons. Regardless of his own safety, Yongqi rushed into the sea of ????fire and carried Emperor Qianlong out. This incident shocked and moved Emperor Qianlong and the entire court.

Emperor Qianlong immediately promoted Yongqi to the title of "Prince Rong". Yongqi was 22 years old that year. It's just a shame. Yongqi died suddenly at the age of 25. If Yongqi had not died, there is no doubt that he would be the next emperor.

Then Prince Duanhui’s mausoleum would not be buried in the Dongling Mausoleum as it is now, but it is very likely that the emperor would build a mausoleum in the Xiling Mausoleum

The second stop of the Dongling Tour is Cixi Mausoleum. Cixi listened behind the curtain twice and stayed in power for 48 years. At this time, the Qing Dynasty was already in decline. However, the Danbi stone carvings with "phoenix above and dragon below" in Cixi's mausoleum still show majesty.

Cixi Mausoleum and Ci'an Mausoleum are both located to the east of Emperor Xianfeng's Dingling Tomb. They are affiliated mausoleums of Emperor Xianfeng's Dingling Tomb, so they are also collectively called Ding Dong Tomb. After Ci'an died, Empress Dowager Cixi ordered the mausoleum to be rebuilt on the grounds that it was in disrepair.

It took 13 years, so her mausoleum was made of exquisite materials, luxuriously decorated and magnificent. There were a large number of priceless treasures buried in the coffin. Unfortunately, in July 1928, the warlord Sun Dianying robbed the Cixi Mausoleum, causing the treasures to be lost among the people.

History always gives people a lot of thinking. When we walk into history, we are sometimes moved by the stories inside. Time is old, but history is always so vivid!
