First confirm the working hours stipulated in the labor contract. If it is a single day off, then you can get 1,500 for the 26-day shift. If it is a double break, then you can get 1,500 for the 22-day shift.
The daily salary is calculated as follows: basic salary/number of full days of work as stipulated in the labor contract.
The salary due each month is the daily salary multiplied by the number of days of attendance + overtime pay.
Overtime pay is calculated at double wages on weekends (if the contract stipulates a single day off, only double wages for one day are calculated), and overtime pay for weekday overtime is calculated at 1.5 times the wage.
