Purple vitiligo, disease name. See the authentic surgery. Also known as sweat spots. It is characterized by spots at first, which gradually become larger and merge into blocks over time, showing purple or grayish white, with clear edges, fine debris removal, light in winter and heavy in summer. According to Liu Chunyuan, the disease mostly occurs in the chest, back, neck and scapula. It is often caused by accumulation of heat in viscera, feeling summer heat and dampness, or infection.
Vitiligo is a common acquired localized or systemic skin depigmentation disease. It is caused by the disappearance of melanocyte function in skin, but its mechanism is not clear. It can occur in all parts of the body, usually around the back of fingers, wrists, forearms, face, neck and genitals. Female vulva can also occur, more common in young women.
