YMG reporter Zou Chunxia reported: This morning we learned from relevant departments in Fushan District, Yantai, that there are plans for demolition and reconstruction in the area west of Jufu Road, east of Luanjia Road, north of Huifu Street, and south of the planned road. At present, the Fushan District Planning Department has issued planning and design parameters and land redline maps to the Land and Resources Bureau to carry out land transfer, bidding, auction and listing procedures. The construction unit is in the process of detailed planning and design and architectural scheme design, but relevant departments stated that the implementation plan has not yet been determined.
