How to support formwork in folding beam stairs

Construction steps:

1) Fix a positioning steel pipe in the center of the stairs, and then set a supporting upright at the offset angle of 12.86, 3000mm away from the center positioning rod.

2) Mark the elevation control line on the center positioning rod (calculate the elevation with CAD software), and set the support rail.

3) Weld four steel keels ∮ 1 100mm on the horizontal bar.

4) welding the reinforced bracket; Measure the distance between the side formwork and the steel pipe at the center of the cross bar, and weld the steel bracket on the steel pipe.

5) Prefabricate the bottom die, mark the dimensions with the plan, set out the stair bottom die with CAD software, process it into the 32-type template as shown in the figure, and assemble it on site. (The bottom die picture is wrong, and the arc length is unknown)

6) Lay the bottom formwork and fix it on the ∮ 12 steel keel with iron wire.

7) Laying the side formwork, so that the side formwork can be accurately installed along the cambered surface formed by the bracket, and binding the side formwork and the bracket firmly with fine iron wire, so that the four side formwork of the stairs can be placed concentrically and smoothly.
