The flags of general enterprises are three flags, the national flag and the factory flag, and two factory flags, one in front of the other. Article 15 of the National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates:

Article 16 When the national flag is hoisted or lowered on an upright flagpole, it should be hoisted or lowered slowly. When raised, the national flag must be raised to the top of the pole; When lowered, the national flag must not land.
