(1) Baihe Gorge-Introduction to Classic Cycling Routes Baihe is one of the two upper reaches of Miyun Reservoir in Beijing. It starts from Yunzhou Reservoir and Tangquan Reservoir near Chicheng, Hebei Province, builds Baihebao Reservoir in Yanqing after entering Beijing, and then flows into Miyun Reservoir through Yanqing, Huairou and Miyun. Baihexia is a classic route between two reservoirs, with beautiful scenery and few people pay attention to it. Introduction: The Beijing-Baihebao Reservoir-Baihe Canyon-Miyun Reservoir-Beijing line is about 350 kilometers long, and we will ride the whole course in three days. Day 1: We started from the entrance of Badaling Expressway of Madian Bridge, passed Qinghe and Shahe along the auxiliary road, arrived at Xiguan roundabout in Changping, turned to the northwest, and continued to drive along Badaling direction. After the south exit, the road began to climb uphill, and the slope became larger and larger. After 20 kilometers of painful climbing, we crossed Juyongguan and Badaling Great Wall, and then went down to Yanqing County. At the intersection of Yanqing, choose the direction of Longqingxia and walk for about 4 kilometers. There is a fork on the right side of the road, pointing to "Chicheng/Yongning", turn right and enter, and continue riding for about 4 kilometers. There is also a fork on the left side of the road, pointing to "Lily Castle", turn left and enter this road. Keep going 15km, and the road starts to go uphill and enter Panshan Highway. This mountain is called Foyeding, with an altitude of 1253m, which is another painful climb! After crossing the mountain, we continued to move forward and reached the destination of the first day-Baihebao Reservoir. Baihebao Reservoir is the third largest reservoir in Beijing, with an altitude of more than 600 meters. This is the upper reaches of Beijing's water source, with clean water and fresh air. Surrounded by green mountains and clear water, the scenery is particularly beautiful. Follow the road to the reservoir, cross the reservoir dam, there is a T-junction in front, and turn left to the north bank of the reservoir, which is low and flat and can be used as a good camping ground. There are also hotels where you can eat and stay. The next day: start from the campsite and return to the T-junction at the northern end of the reservoir dam along the original road of the first day. Go straight (equal to turning right after riding from the reservoir dam yesterday) and go straight for about 1 km. There is a fork in the road on the right. There is a sign on the roadside that says "direction of wood fossils". Turn right into Baihe Canyon. The road in Baihe Gorge is a war preparation road, and the road condition is very good. The mountains on both sides are steep, the trees are lush, and the flat and tortuous asphalt road extends in the canyon. There are few passing cars on the road, so it is very safe to ride. The five of us rode fast on this road with headlights on, and there was no problem until 9 pm. It was the Mid-Autumn Festival. The moon was bright and the sky was full of stars. We sang all the way, which was very comfortable. There is a fork in the road about 10 km ahead and a bridge on the left. Turn right and continue along the direction of Chicheng/Luanping. Arrive at Xiade Longwan via Daliaogou, Qianjiadian and Gujiayao, turn right out of the road to visit the fossil wood group, and get tickets to 20 yuan. Roadside "Yong cadmium letter" man dragging a stalk? 5 yuan/person, delicious. After lunch, return to the expressway, continue eastward into Huairou, and walk 40 kilometers to Tanghekou Town. This section of the road is all canyon plains, and the road is flat without ups and downs. It is the most beautiful scenery and the most stable ride. In Tanghekou Town, the Baihe River bends to the south, with a section parallel to the national highway11,then leaves the highway and hides in the valley, enters Miyun territory, and then joins the highway. So we went south from Tanghekou, crossed two ridges, and arrived at the next day's camp-Liuli Temple. You can find many small hotels by the roadside, 10 yuan/person, 4 people, no shower. If you still have time, you can turn right, cross this mountain and go to a small village-Qifeng Tea. It is said that the scenery is beautiful and you can live in your hometown. Day 3: From Liulimiao, drive about 4 kilometers south along the national highway11,pass through a "Pachaz" tunnel, there is a fork on the left side of the road at the national highway 1 1 88 kilometers, turn left and drive in the direction of Sihetang. It is also a war highway, with good road conditions and no human habitation. Not far away, I entered the Panshan Highway. The road is rugged and steep. Crossing several ridges is a great test for my physical strength, but the scenery along the way is magnificent. I am absolutely glad that you came. All the way down the mountain road, through Sihetang, Tianxian Waterfall and Kyoto First Waterfall to Heilongtan, the most beautiful scenery has been enjoyed. Go south from the intersection of Heilongtan to Miyun County, pass through Longquan Temple, Mulin and Mapo, and return to Beijing along Jingshun Road. Tip: 1. The first day's journey is about 1 10 km, and the difficulty lies in crossing Badaling and Foyeding. The next day was about 100 km, which was the most enjoyable day in the whole journey. The scenery is beautiful and the road is gentle. The difficulty lies in crossing the mountain ridge between Tanghekou and Liuli Temple. On the third day, the journey was about 140 km, and the mountain road from Liulimiao to Heilongtan fluctuated greatly, which consumed a lot of physical strength. 2. In the second half of the first day and the third day, there are many passing vehicles, so pay attention to safety. 3. There will be scattered thistle grass on the country road, which is easy to puncture the tires and bring enough spare tires. 4.4 Because there are many mountain roads, it is strongly recommended to have accompanying backup vehicles to transport bicycles and personnel. (2) Introduction of Du Shi's bicycle route. Dushi Scenic Area is located in the middle and upper reaches of Juma River in Fangshan District, Beijing, which is 100 km away from Beijing downtown. It was named after entering Du Shi from Zhang Fang via Juma River Shidu. This area is famous for its unique karst landform, and it is the largest karst bee forest grand canyon in northern China. The scenery here is both magnificent in the north of China and feminine in the south of the Yangtze River. Juma River is full of water, blue waves and twists and turns. On both sides of the river, mountains are stacked, peaks are towering and the scenery is unique. Cycling from downtown to Dushi is a classic route that cyclists like. Route introduction: We start from Gongzhufen, arrive at Lugou Bridge via Liuliqiao and Wulidian, then go all the way south, along the road from Beijing to Zhuozhou, go 12km to Liangxiang, go straight around Liangxiang Island, then go on 14km to Doudian Island, and then go on 18km to Liuli. You can have lunch and rest here. Head west from Liulihe and drive towards Hancun River. The most wonderful part of this section of the road, the wide and flat asphalt road, the neat green trees planted on both sides and the neat office buildings everywhere, all reflect the uniqueness of this new socialist countryside. Cycling on this road is simply a pleasure. It's about 2km out of Hancun River, turn left at the south T-junction of Yuegezhuang, 8km south to Changgou Town, then about 1 1km west to Nanshangle Town, pass through Nanshangle Town and reach Zhang Fang Town in the northwest. The road from Changgou to Zhang Fang is in good condition, with little traffic. Turn northwest from Zhang Fang and pass through Pianshan Village. At this time, the ups and downs of the road began to increase, and it has entered the hilly area, and you can see the mountains standing not far away. Finally arrived at Du Shi Scenic Area! The undulating road has become flat again, and the roadside scenery is becoming more and more beautiful. The straight mountain is like a knife and axe, and the green river flows slowly under the mountain, which is a rare scenery in the south of the Yangtze River. After crossing Sanchakou and Liuchakou, the road surface of this section is poor and bumpy, and there is still a short section of Panshan Road to be careful. After Liudu, the road conditions became very good, and the flat asphalt road extended along the river to the destination-Du Shi. Hint: 1 There are three main roads from Beijing to Dushi, namely, National Highway 108, National Highway 107 and the southernmost road of Fangshan we chose. Among them, National Highway 108 runs through Fangshan Mountain area, and the road fluctuates greatly. Riding this route will consume a lot of energy and time unnecessarily. National Highway 107 is one of the main traffic routes for Hebei to enter Beijing, with many large transport vehicles and poor traffic order, which is more dangerous. Fangshan's most male road has very good road conditions. Most of the roads are in plain areas, and the roads are smooth. Only a few roads have some ups and downs, the slope is not big, and there are not many cars coming and going. The reason why this route is recommended is to avoid the rugged mountain roads and dense traffic jams of the two national highways and create the most favorable conditions for our riding. The road passes through many villages and towns, with sufficient food and water and convenient accommodation. It is recommended to travel completely light. (3) Cycling Line of Lingxi Canyon Lingxi Canyon is located near Miao Feng Scenic Area in Mentougou District, Beijing, about 35 kilometers away from the urban area. This is a newly developed natural scenic spot. The mountains are rolling here, and the canyon is sandwiched between the two mountains. At the end of the canyon, there is a small reservoir and a small river flows out along the canyon, forming pools and waterfalls according to the terrain. The mountains on both sides are shaded by trees, birds are singing and flowers are fragrant, and the valleys are densely covered with strange rocks, lush vegetation and flowing water. In early spring and February, walking in the canyon, pink peach blossoms spread all over the mountains, green branches sprouted quietly, the mountain breeze gently propped up my face, and birds sang in my ears, which made me feel fresh and quiet, as if I had stepped into a paradise. Route introduction: Starting from the Apple Garden subway station in Shijingshan District, heading northwest, entering Mentougou District along Jinding Street, Wulituo and Sanjiadian, advancing along the national road 109, and entering the mountainous area, the road rises slowly along the mountain, with rugged rocks on the right and Yongding River flowing quietly on the left. After Junzhuang Town and Chenjiazhuang Town, you arrive at Danli, where there is a Y-shaped fork road, and a memorial arch stands at the right intersection, which reads "Miao Feng Mountain Scenic Area". Ignore it, walk along the intersection on the left, turn right after passing a tunnel, and walk about 3 kilometers to the Xiawei store. Xiaweidian T-junction, go straight into Xiaweidian Village along the right road, and go straight along the national road 109. On the right side of the road, you first come across a small fork in the road, and there is a sign on the side of the road that says "No visitors allowed". Don't enter, and then meet another intersection leading to Shangwei store, and don't enter. The road runs through the valley. Before reaching a bridge, there was a fork in the road on the left, and a billboard "Miao Feng Lingxi Scenic Area" was erected. Turn left from here and enter a narrow road. 109 national road is separated from us by a ditch, and the distance is gradually widening. Walk along the road for about 2 kilometers and reach the end of the road, which is our destination-Lingxi Science and Technology Park. Attraction introduction: Lingxi Science Park is a popular science education base for students. Tickets 10 yuan/person. There are restaurants and canteens at the gate. If you want to go camping in the scenic spot, you can supplement food and beer here. Go upstream along the canyon, walk for 20 minutes to the barbecue area, and you can use an open flame. Keep walking for 10 minutes and arrive at the campsite. You can camp here. There is a swimming pool next to the camp. A small waterfall flows into the pond. The pool water is crystal clear. Cooking can boil water, but don't pollute the pool water. The road from the garden gate to the campsite has been developed, and there are trash cans and toilets along the way. From the campsite, you can continue to cross the canyon and enjoy the natural scenery along the way. It takes about 1 hour to reach the reservoir. Gossip: 1. It is about 30 kilometers from Apple Orchard to Lingxi Scenic Area, and most of them travel along National Highway 109. The road conditions are good, the mountains are not very undulating, there are not many cars passing by, and the roadside scenery is beautiful, which is very suitable for cycling activities. 2. Tickets for Science Park 10 yuan/person. If a camp is set up, the land occupation fee 15 yuan/person will be added, but the price can be negotiated. 3. Care for the environment, protect water sources and pay attention to fire safety.
