Historical evolution of national nature reserve of dinosaur egg fossil group in Qinglong Mountain

1995 After the discovery of the dinosaur egg fossil group in Qinglong Mountain, in August of that year, the Yunxian People's Government approved the establishment of county-level geological relics protection zones in the dinosaur egg producing areas of Qinglong Mountain and Hongzhaizi in Liubei Town. 1In August, 1996, Shiyan Municipal People's Government listed the origin of dinosaur egg fossil group in Qinglong Mountain, Liubei Town, Yunxian County as a municipal geological heritage protection area. 1997 65438+ 10, Hubei Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of a provincial-level geological relic protection zone in the origin of dinosaur egg fossil group in Qinglong Mountain, Yunxian County, which was under the centralized management of the Provincial Department of Geology and Mineral Resources. In June, 20001year, the State Council approved the establishment of "Hubei Qinglong Mountain dinosaur egg fossil group national nature reserve". In August, 2005, Yunxian National Geopark, with the geological landscape of dinosaur egg fossil group in Qinglong Mountain as the main body and integrating other geological heritage resources in Yunxian County, passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Land and Resources.
