It is inferred that the tower may have been built to wish the emperor a birthday. The eaves of the tower are carved with tiles and tiles, and the tower is shaped like a wheel. The Lianfeng Stone Pagoda is basically well preserved, with only the corners of the base being damaged.

It is said that the Lotus Peak Stone Pagoda was built in the Feng Shui cave in the village. The first is to worship the Buddha, and the second is to suppress evil and pray for literary luck.

In 1992, Fuzhou Minhou Lianfeng Stone Pagoda was announced as a county-level cultural relic protection unit.

In January 2013, Fuzhou Minhou Lianfeng Stone Pagoda was included in the eighth batch of Fujian provincial-level cultural relics protection units.
