Correct method of changing water in fish tank

The correct way to change water in a fish tank is as follows:

1. On the day before changing water, store the water to be changed and release chlorine gas in the water, because chlorine gas is usually used to disinfect drinking water. If necessary, you can store water two or three days in advance. Some friends will use gas wood or gas stone to pump air in fresh water, or join a submersible pump to speed up the gas exchange with water flow.

2. Before changing the water again, add enough sea salt to the fresh water stored in advance, and then stir it to make the salt particles fully dissolve. To measure the specific gravity of fresh water, it is best to use a fish tank to meet the standard. If necessary, fresh water can be mixed with salt two or three days in advance, and submersible pumps can be added to make the water flow dissolve salt and enhance the dissolved oxygen of fresh water.

3. Turn off the water pump and immediately pump out the water at the bottom of the master cylinder. Remember that the amount of water prepared for you is almost the same.

4. When adding the same amount of pre-adjusted water to change water, it is necessary to extract the changed amount of seawater from the fish tank, and then slowly add new seawater into the tank. Don't pour fresh seawater into the fish tank at once, lest undissolved salt particles affect the fish tank. If there is a sand tank to change water, it should be done in the sand tank.

5. After completion, turn on the water pump. Be careful not to pump all the water away, but leave some. If you add water to the fish tank, but the water pipe can't stick to the wall of the fish tank, you can choose to add an oxygen head below the water outlet, so that the newly added water can be evenly dispersed and won't go straight to the fish. ?
