Attachment: Sacrifice Town is located in the east of Jinshui District, across the Longhai Railway in the south, the Yellow River 15km in the north and 8km from the city center. There are Zhengzhou Civil Aviation Airport, Zhengzhou East Ring Railway, National Highway 107, National Highway 3 10, Zhengzhou-Bian Expressway and Huang Zheng Highway. [Evolution] In the Western Zhou Dynasty, the fifth son of the Duke of Zhou was enshrined here, and a sacrificial city was built, which was called the sacrificial country in history. 193 1 year established the sacrificial city, 1958 established the sacrificial city commune, 1983 changed the township, 1996 established the town. 1997, with an area of 76 square kilometers and a population of 52,000, governs Changzhai, Zhuang Yan, Fenghuangtai, Baizhuang, Cui Zhuang, Xingtun, Jinzhuang, Jiagang, Zhang Miao, Ji Cheng, Chen Gang, Huazhuang, Lu Nan Village, Xincun, Beilu Village, Xiaoguo Village, Huagouwang, Gongzhuang and Huahuzhuang. In 2003, Jianye City Garden, China Southern Airlines Garden New Village and Lily Garden were newly built. In 2006, Sacrifice Town was abolished and two sub-district offices, Sacrifice City Road and Phoenix Terrace, were established.
In order to develop and construct Zhengdong New District in the next stage, Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided in September 20 10 that Zhengdong New District should take care of some towns and villages in Jinshui District and Guancheng District within the planning scope of 1 15 square kilometers.
The former Jisheng Road and Longzihu Sub-district Office in Jinshui District were renamed as Jisheng Road and Longzihu Sub-district Office in Zhengdong New District.
After the escrow, Ji Cheng Road Office has jurisdiction over 48 square kilometers within the planned scope of Zhengdong New District 1 15 square kilometers, which basically covers the main battlefield of the development and construction of Zhengdong New District in the next stage-Longhu area.
Its jurisdiction covers: south of Lianhuo Expressway, north of Dongfeng Canal, east of Zhongzhou Avenue, west of 107 auxiliary road and Dongfeng Canal, south of Xiong 'er River, north of Qilihe Railway, east of Zhongzhou Avenue and west of 107 auxiliary road.
The jurisdiction of Longzihu Sub-district Office is: south of Lianhuo Expressway, north of Ji Cheng Road, east of 107 auxiliary road and west of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, with an area of about 18 square kilometers.
