1. Concept
Each of the twelve meridians is distributed in five specific points below the elbow and knee joints, namely "Jing, Ying, Shu, Meridian". , He" point is called "Wu Shu point", or "Wu Shu" for short. The ancients compared the movement of Qi and blood in the twelve meridians to the flow of water in nature, believing that it has the characteristics of flowing from small to large, from shallow to deep, and gave them five names: "Jing, Ying, Shu, Jing, and He" respectively. Five specific acupoints form the five acupoints. The five acupoints are arranged in sequence from the ends of the limbs to the direction of the elbows and knees.
2. Distribution
The five Shu points are distributed below the elbow and knee joints, and are arranged centripetally from the ends of the limbs in the order of Jing, Xing, Shu, Meridian and He.
"Well" means valley well, which is a metaphor for the spring in the valley and is the source of water; the well points are located at the ends of the fingers or toes, where the meridian Qi first emerges.

"Meridian" means wide and smooth water flow; the meridian points are mostly located on the forearms and shins above the wrist and ankle joints, where the meridian Qi is strong and popular.
"He" means confluence, which is a metaphor for the water of the rivers merging into the sea; the He point is located near the elbow and knee joints, where the meridian Qi is full and enters the internal organs.
3. Application
When the disease occurs in the five internal organs and the evil spirits are deep, the Jing point should be used for treatment; the disease causes skin color changes, such as fever and red face, the Xing point can be used; When the disease is severe or mild, the Shu point should be selected; when the disease affects the change of voice, the meridian point should be selected; when the meridians are full and there is blood stasis, the disease is in the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, and for diseases caused by improper diet, the He point should be selected .
