Working principle of hot water heating system;
The heat source of hot water heating system usually uses the cooling water of the engine to make the cooling water flow through a heater core, and then uses a blower to blow cold air through the heater core to heat the air, thus increasing the temperature inside the car.
The structure of the heater core consists of water pipes and radiating fins. The cooling water of the engine enters the water pipe of the heater core, radiates heat through the radiator fins, and then returns to the cooling system of the engine.
The water valve is used to control the amount of water entering the heater core, and then adjust the heating amount of the heating system. When adjusting, it can be controlled by adjusting lever or knob on the control panel.
The blower is composed of a speed-adjustable DC motor and a squirrel-cage fan. Its function is to blow air through the heater core and send it into the car after heating.
