What should I do if rural plots are stolen and buried?

It is not illegal for others to bury graves in my private plot. Many private plots in rural areas have graves after the death of relatives of other families. Because rural people are very particular about customs and habits, their deceased relatives will choose a piece of land for them, so they are often buried in other people's private plots. But now there are regulations to be buried in collective cemeteries to increase the use value of land, and it is not allowed to bury graves without permission.
