Principle of automobile warm air:
When the engine coolant temperature is high, the coolant flows through the heat exchanger in the heating system (generally referred to as the small heater tank), and the air sent by the blower exchanges heat with the engine coolant. After being heated, the air is sent into the car by the blower through various air outlets. The heating system is simple and reliable, and no additional fuel is needed. As long as the engine works, it can produce hot water. But it also has its obvious disadvantage, that is, the engine coolant temperature must be heated when it rises to a large cycle.
Warm air on the steps:
1. After the car is started, after about 8- 15 minutes, the water temperature rises to normal temperature, and the warm air can be turned on at this time. (that is, when the water temperature rises to the middle).
2. Adjust the circulation mode of the air conditioner to in-vehicle circulation.
3. Switch to warm air mode, some cars are red areas, and some cars are representatives of the sun.
4. Don't turn on the air conditioner (don't turn on the AC switch), because the warm air uses the thermal cycle of the car itself to save energy!
5. Adjust the air conditioning gear to adapt to the gear, and adjust the wind direction of the air outlet. The direction of warm wind blowing is generally forward and underfoot blowing, while cold wind blowing is generally forward blowing.
What if the warm air is not hot?
Because the heating system of the car is not used for a long time, it is inevitable that there will be many minor faults. As a car owner, you can do the following steps first:
1. Check the hot and cold windshield to see if the air conditioner is adjusted to the hot windshield;
2. Check the electronic fan temperature control switch;
3. Check the water temperature thermostat. Generally speaking, the vehicle heating system is not hot, which can be divided into two reasons: one is caused by the engine cooling system, and the other is caused by poor operation of the heating control mechanism. These problems are more difficult than ordinary car owners, and some of them are more complicated to maintain, so please ask professionals.
