Xiangjiagou, the hometown of Ding Yaokang, is the "manor" of the Ding family. It is located in a beautiful small mountain village 6 kilometers south of Huanghua Town, Zhucheng City. Because Ding Yaokang is tired of the world, she has lived here with her concubine for a long time. The village is surrounded by the surrounding Soybean Mountain, Phoenix Mountain and Wanghailou Mountain. On the mountain, pine and cypress are lush, jingcao is lush, maple red and oak yellow, and the faint colors are dotted with green mountains. The whole mountain area is misty and magnificent.
The three mountains are distributed in a zigzag pattern, surrounded by comfortable villages, elegant and quiet. There is a dragon bay stream in the middle of the three mountains, which flows from north to south and passes around the east of the village. There is a "Wild Crane Bridge" on the stream, which was built in the third year of the Apocalypse (1623). Its bow crosses the stream at the east end of the village, and the bridge is a single-hole stone arch. It is the road that Ding Yaokang used to walk in that year. The bridge deck is slippery, and I don't know how many footprints he left and the vicissitudes of life are far away. There is a stone tablet at the bridge head, which reads "Wild Crane Bridge". This is the place where Ding Yaokang, a great scholar, has been living a life of reading, writing and farming, except for traveling far and wide. He wrote a large number of works here, such as the biography of awakening marriage.
In addition to writing, he often went to Dingjialouzi Village (now kou guan zhen, Wulian County), where his father Ding Weining lived, to drink and compose poems with his poetry friend Wang Chenglu, and wrote a lot of poems describing Wulian Mountain and Jiuxian Mountain here, which have been preserved to this day.
On the hill north of Dongyehe Bridge in Xiangjiagou Village, there is a "Dongxi Bookstore". According to records, this house was built in the fifth year of tomorrow (1625), with five stone walls and a spacious house, which has been a place for him to study and write for a long time. This is Xiangjiagou Primary School. There are two ginkgo trees in the hospital, which are thick and numerous, flourishing, and about 3 meters high. Although they are wrinkled in rough skin, they are full of vitality and towering in the sky. There are countless red silks hanging on the branches, fluttering and swaying. Does this tree have the aura of fairy gods? In the preface of Ding Yaokang's poem, it says, "Ginkgo trees in the mountains were planted by young people. It has been forty years, and this autumn, two fruits and two stones will be gained. There are eight in sixty. " From this, we can know that two ginkgo trees were planted by his hands when he was 23 years old (the first year of the apocalypse-162), and it has been 384 years since then. In the west of the bookstore is the Peony Garden, and in the garden is Ding Shi's family school for Ding Shi's children to study.
On the cliff at the top of the mountain 2 meters southeast of Dongxi Bookstore, there is a small brick-and-wood building called Woyun Pavilion, which was built by him in his later years as a place to recuperate, make friends and sing songs. He has "Four Poems of Woyun Pavilion Completed in Nine Days", which tells the reason why this pavilion was named and the benefits of boarding it. Today, choose one: "The grass pavilion has just become a frost tree, and it is light and rainy. The red leaves are drunk, and the white clouds are stolen to sleep. On this day, I climbed the mountain to make me drink, and I occasionally became articles because of the time. The old man does not make a sad autumn, but leans on the pillow and adds food to pay for the new year. " This pavilion has been in existence for a long time, and only the ruins are left.
On Dongshan Mountain, there is a Taoist temple called "No Answering the Temple" and a Buddhist temple called "Dongshan Temple", and he often talks with Buddhist and Taoist elders about scriptures. Behind the office of Xiangjiagou Village Committee is Ding Yaokang's "Stone Boiling Cottage", whose name is taken from the Tang Dynasty's "Autumn Mountain Sweeps Red Leaves, or boiling white stones for potatoes in his hut". There are five purlins, three east and west wing rooms, and one gatehouse. The south gate is called "Yuyuan Garden" and the east gate is called "Rishe", which was built in September of the first year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty (1628), and the book "History of Heaven" was written here. The thatched cottage has been built for many years.
In his later years, Ding Yaokang violated the imperial court because of the book "Continued Jin Ping Mei". In August of the fourth year of Kangxi (1665), he was arrested and imprisoned, and was pardoned in December. The book was almost burned, and the heavy blow made him blind. He died at home in the winter of the eighth year of Kangxi (1669) at the age of 71. Yang of Soybean Mountain, buried 5 meters west of Xiangjiagou Village, is called "Laoyelin". The tomb is in the middle of the flat open field beside the mountain, and there are two streams about 2 meters away from the tomb. The water flows down from the mountain and flows into the Longwan stream. Now a small reservoir is built at the intersection of the two streams. Legend has it that this cemetery was buried here by Ding Yaokang under the guidance of a "sea fairy". Because Ding is proficient in the Book of Changes, it seems that he chose a treasure trove of geomantic omen surrounded by mountains and waters. The tomb sits in the northwest and southeast, facing the Phoenix Mountain. In front of the tomb, a stone tablet erected by the descendants of Ding Shi living in Canada is engraved with the six characters "Tomb of Ding Gong Yao Kang" in official script, which looks quiet and solemn in the sunny sun.
