Pool anti-corrosion construction plan?

The swimming pool anti-corrosion construction plan is very critical. The plan is formulated to better solve practical problems. The handling of every detail is very critical and must be combined with reality during construction. Zhongda Consulting will explain to you the pool anti-corrosion construction plan.

1. Overview of the anti-corrosion project

Inner wall of the pool, FRP anti-corrosion layer FRP anti-corrosion layer

2. Construction conditions

(1) The base layer must be firm;

(2) Remove foreign objects, mortar lumps, etc. that protrude from the surface of the base layer, and remove dust and debris. Yin and Yang corners should be carefully cleaned. If there is oil stains, rust, etc., It should be removed with sandpaper, wire brush, solvent, etc.

⑶The construction environment temperature should be 15℃-30℃, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 80.

3. Construction preparation

1. Technical and personnel preparation

Prepare anti-corrosion technical measures. Determine a professional anti-corrosion construction team and conduct pre-job training and technical briefings.

2. Material requirements and storage

1. The materials used must have:

A. Product quality certificate and material test report.

B. Quality technical indicators and testing methods.

C. Technical appraisal documents.

2. Resin, curing agent, diluent and other materials should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, and should be fireproof. Fiber cloth, powder and other materials should be stored in moisture-proof storage.

3. As a curing agent for epoxy resin, low-toxicity agents should be preferred. Moisture-curing epoxy resin curing agents can be used for wet base layers.

4. Filling material: Fine aggregate and coarse aggregate can be collectively called filling material. Adding an appropriate amount of filling material can improve its performance.

5. Fine (coarse) aggregate: The fine (coarse) aggregate used to prepare resin mortar is quartz sand. The technical indicators are shown in the table below:

3. Tool preparation

Four rubber scrapers, two grout knives, two roller brushes, one scissors, cleaning tools, and a mixing bucket of 100 One liter, two glue buckets, iron trowel, flat shovel, wooden trowel, one trolley, one portable mixer, one tape measure, two pressure rollers, and one elastic box.

3. Anti-corrosion construction

1. Process flow:

2. Construction key points

The anti-corrosion construction of this project adopts hand lay-up molding process , the various processes and main points are:

A. Back cover. Use a brush or roller dipped in the backing material to perform secondary backing on the base layer. During this period, it should be naturally cured for more than 24 hours. The thickness of the back cover should not exceed 0.4mm, and there should be no flow, bubbles, etc.

B. Repair with glue. For uneven areas on the surface of the base layer or between layers, you need to use a scraper to scrape the plaster, fill them in and repair them, and then apply the glass cloth after 24 hours. The cement should not be too thick, otherwise cracks will appear.

C. Paste the glass cloth. The order of pasting the glass cloth: Generally, it should be in the opposite direction to the flashing direction, first the channel, the hole, and then the ground. The overlap should be along the direction of material flow, the overlap width is generally not less than 50mm, and the overlap joints of each layer should be staggered from each other. When paving, do not pull the glass cloth too tightly, just achieve a basic balance. The method is as shown in the figure:

According to the characteristics of this project, the continuous method is selected for the pasting method. The method is:

Use a brush dipped in the rubber material and brush it once, then paste the first layer of glass cloth, and use a scraper or brush to compact the glass cloth tightly. You can also use a roller to roll it repeatedly to fully penetrate the rubber material and squeeze out the bubbles. and excess glue. After the inspection and repair are qualified, continue to paste in the same way without waiting for the glue to solidify until the number of layers required by the design is reached. Each piece of fabric should occupy 2/3 of each piece of fabric on the previous layer.

IV. Precautions for anti-corrosion construction

1. When applying the first layer of back sealing glue, mix an appropriate amount of diluent into the glue to allow the glue to penetrate into the base layer. . After curing, scraping the resin mud can be divided into full scraping and spot scraping (depending on the site conditions, if the overall condition of the base surface is poor, the resin glue should be fully scraped, and point scraping of the resin mud is usually used).

Wait for the resin cement to solidify before applying the second layer of backing glue; when laying the glass cloth, the glass cloth should be laid with the resin glue soaked into the glass fiber to ensure that each layer of glass cloth is firmly attached and does not produce defects such as bubbles. .

2. Because FRP is highly brittle and has poor toughness, it will be destroyed as soon as it is exposed to force after solidification. Therefore, in this anti-corrosion construction, the yin and yang corners were rounded to form a smooth transitional contact between the FRP and the base layer, and a layer of glass cloth was added at the corner. When paving FRP at the yin and yang corners, since they are not on the same plane, the glass cloth will retract before the resin is cured, causing bubbles. Therefore, an appropriate amount of powder can be added to the lining cloth resin glue to increase the resin content. The viscosity plays the role of pressing the glass cloth and eliminating air bubbles.

3. Surface glue: Since FRP is used as the isolation layer in this design, and the surface layer also has 5mm thick elastic resin mortar, the surface glue does not need to be coated on it.

4. Maintenance: After FRP construction, it needs regular temperature maintenance or heat treatment before it can be delivered for use. The maintenance period of anti-corrosion projects at normal temperature is ≥10 days.

V. Quality inspection of anti-corrosion projects

All types of surface layers should be smooth, uniform in color, firmly combined with the base layer, and free of peeling. Defects such as coating, peeling and incomplete curing; its quality inspection shall meet the following requirements:

1. To check the degree of surface curing, acetone can be used to wipe the surface of FRP or glass cement. If there is no stickiness, That is, the surface resin is considered to be cured.

2. The flatness of the overall resin anti-corrosion surface layer should be checked with a 2m ruler, and the allowed flatness should not be greater than 4mm.

VI. Safety technical requirements

1. There must be good ventilation when using or preparing resin anti-corrosion projects.

2. Those suffering from bronchitis, heart disease, hepatitis, high blood pressure and those allergic to certain substances are not allowed to participate in the construction.

3. Operators should wear protective masks, protective glasses, gloves, work clothes and other protective equipment. They should rinse and shower after work. Construction operators must wear anti-static clothing (cotton clothes).

4. After accidental contact with corrosive or irritating substances during construction, flush with water or ethanol immediately. When using highly toxic materials for construction, the operator's rest time should be appropriately increased.

5. At construction sites where flammable materials such as ethanol, benzene, and acetone are prepared and used, fireworks should be strictly prohibited and fire-fighting equipment should be prepared.

7. Finished product protection measures

1. Strictly prevent various tools and debris from damaging the anti-corrosion layer;

2. Reduce the movement of people to prevent damage to spiked shoes Anti-corrosion layer;

3. It is strictly forbidden to stack tools and materials on the anti-corrosion surface;

4. If the anti-corrosion layer is found to be damaged, repair it immediately.
