Those with thin hands are poor, and those with thick hands are rich. Those with rough and hard hands are humble, and those with soft and thin hands are poor. If the hand smells warm, it means Qinghua; if the hand smells dirty, it means turbidity.
People with small bodies and big hands will have good fortune in life. People with big bodies and small hands will live in poverty all their lives. People with thin and pointed hands are poor, while people with round and thick hands are rich. People with thick hands and hard hands are humble, and people with soft hands and thin hands are poor. People with fragrant and warm hands are talented, but people with smelly and dirty hands are not smart.
People with long fingertips are smart and handsome, while those with short and bald fingers are stupid and mean. It means that those who are soft and dense will accumulate, while those who are hard and sparse will be ruined. Those who are like spring bamboo shoots are noble, those who are like broken hammers are foolish and stubborn. It refers to those who are as good as peeling green onions, and those who are as thick as bamboo knots are poor and lowly. It means that the person who is as thin and hard as chicken skin is ignorant and poor; it means that the fist is like pig's trotter, and the person is stupid and cheap.
People with long and slender fingers are smart, while people with short and protruding fingers are stupid. People with soft and moist fingers will have resources, but people with hard fingers and weak fingers will not be able to make money easily. If the fingers are like bamboo shoots in spring, clear and moist, this person is very noble. People with fingers like hammers are stupid and stubborn. People whose fingers are like peeled onions will have a prosperous diet. People with fingers as thick as bamboo joints live a hard and poor life. A person whose fingers are as thin and hard as chicken skin has no wisdom and is poor. A person whose five fingers are like pig's trotters is stupid and has no restraint.
Those whose hand bones are as soft as cotton bags will be rich and noble. Those whose hands and skin are connected like a goose's feet are the most noble. The poem says: The ten fingers of a noble man are soft and soft, which not only increases leisure and blessings, but is definitely not a gentleman's sign, and can be cut off by evil and foolishness.
Mostly, human hands want to be soft and long, the shoulders want to be flat and thick, the bones want to be round and low, the wrist joints want to be small, the knuckles want to be thin, the keel (keel near the elbow) wants to be long, and the tiger bone (tiger bone) (near palm) wants to be short. The bones are exposed and thick, the tendons are floating and scattered, the lines are as tight as pinches, and the meat is dry and peeled, which is not a beautiful appearance.

The dragon is long and the tiger is short. The arm reaches the elbow and is called the dragon bone. Xiangjun wants to be long and big. The bone from the elbow to the wrist is called the tiger bone, which resembles a courtier and is intended to be short and small. It is also said: If the hand lines are disordered, there will be blessings and fortune, and there will never be disaster. Those with horizontal and vertical lines on their hands will not be killed without regard to killing; those with vertical and horizontal lines on their hands will be high-ranking officials and ministers. The hand is raised again, and there is no need to pack food for a long journey. It is rare to have someone who admires you in your hand. If there are three ways in the hand (there are three lines on the finger, it is also called three ways), it will make you a slave. If the ten fingers and three covenants are connected, there will be endless wealth and food. The hands are as bent as a tiger, and poor to the bone.
A man's hands are like a cotton bag, and his salary is as high as a prince (a scholar looks like a commoner, so he is famous for being lucky and noble). Women's hands are like cotton bags, and their wealth and wisdom are boundless. The bones of the hand are extremely low, so if a dragon swallows a tiger, it will be prosperous. The fingers are moist and the knowledge is astonishing. If there are no bones, the body should be pointed sideways, and if the body is poor, it will be uneven. The tiger is strong and the dragon is weak, hoping for prosperity alone.
On palm prints
Those with palm prints are also like the rationality of wood. Wood with beautiful grains is called longevity material. Hands with beautiful grains are of noble quality. Therefore, hands cannot be without lines. Those with lines will have a higher appearance, and those without lines will have a lower appearance.
Those with deep and thin lines are lucky, and those with thick and shallow lines are unlucky. Those with thread patterns are mainly pursuing wealth. Those with Duanhu pattern and inserted Hu pattern are civil servants. Those whose ten fingers are like spirals are filled with glory and honor. Like those beside the basket, broken and scattered. Those with three horizontal grooves on their ten fingers are noble servants.
Those with horizontal stripes and hooks on their ten fingers are driven. A general is one who has tortoise patterns. Those with fish patterns are Xinglang. Those with crescent moon patterns and wheel patterns are auspicious. Generally speaking, although the pattern is good but breaks through, it is defective and unsatisfactory.
