How does physiognomy use the limbs and palms to see a person’s fortune?

Introduction: The following article is excerpted from the chapter "Looking at the World" written by independent scholar Ling Dunzhe. Cases of fortune telling by spirit escapers can be seen on the Tianya Forum. Forum name: Palmistry is not ugly.

On limbs

The hands and feet are called limbs, to resemble the four seasons, and together with the head, they are called the five bodies, to resemble the five elements. Therefore, if the four seasons are not harmonious, then all things will be missing, if the limbs are out of place, then life will be miserable, if the five elements are unfavorable, then all things will not come into being, and if the five bodies are not divided, then life will be miserable and poor.

The hands and feet are also like the branches of wood, and those with many joints are called wood without material. However, those who want their hands and feet to be soft and smooth, with no exposed muscles and bones, as white as jade, as slippery as moss, and as soft as cotton, are rich and noble people. It may be hard and thick, with sinews wrapped around the bones, it may be as thick as earth, it may be as hard as stone, it may be as curved as firewood, or its flesh may be as swollen, it is a poor and humble person.

With this picture, how to judge the five elements of palmistry. Many people who have studied for half a year or even a year cannot accurately judge. Please take a good look at this picture and experience it. I found a palmistry chart below. You can judge for yourself first and then look at my judgment. See if you can judge accurately

About hands

The use of hands is determined by persistence, and the emotions are determined by choices. Those who are slender and long have a kind nature and like to give, while those who are short and thick have a despicable nature and like to take. Those whose hands are lower than their knees are considered to be heroes and sages in the world; those who have their hands lower than their waists will be poor and humble throughout their lives.

Human hands are used to take things and judge feelings. People with long and slender hands are kind and generous. Short and stout people are selfish and competitive. People whose hands are longer than their knees are heroes in the world. A person whose hands are shorter than his waist will live in poverty.

Those who are small in body but have big hands will be blessed in life. Those who are big in body but small in hands will live in poverty all their lives. Those with thin hands are poor, and those with thick hands are rich. Those with rough and hard hands are humble, and those with soft and thin hands are poor. If the hand smells warm, it means Qinghua; if the hand smells dirty, it means turbidity.

People with small bodies and big hands will have good fortune in life. People with big bodies and small hands will live in poverty all their lives. People with thin and pointed hands are poor, while people with round and thick hands are rich. People with thick hands and hard hands are humble, and people with soft hands and thin hands are poor. People with fragrant and warm hands are talented, but people with smelly and dirty hands are not smart.

People with long fingertips are smart and handsome, while those with short and bald fingers are stupid and mean. It means that those who are soft and dense will accumulate, while those who are hard and sparse will be ruined. Those who are like spring bamboo shoots are noble, those who are like broken hammers are foolish and stubborn. It refers to those who are as good as peeling green onions, and those who are as thick as bamboo knots are poor and lowly. It means that the person who is as thin and hard as chicken skin is ignorant and poor; it means that the fist is like pig's trotter, and the person is stupid and cheap.

People with long and slender fingers are smart, while people with short and protruding fingers are stupid. People with soft and moist fingers will have resources, but people with hard fingers and weak fingers will not be able to make money easily. If the fingers are like bamboo shoots in spring, clear and moist, this person is very noble. People with fingers like hammers are stupid and stubborn. People whose fingers are like peeled onions will have a prosperous diet. People with fingers as thick as bamboo joints live a hard and poor life. A person whose fingers are as thin and hard as chicken skin has no wisdom and is poor. A person whose five fingers are like pig's trotters is stupid and has no restraint.

Those whose hand bones are as soft as cotton bags will be rich and noble. Those whose hands and skin are connected like a goose's feet are the most noble. Those with long and thick palms are more expensive, while those with short and thin palms are inferior. If the palm is hard and round, the person is stupid; if the palm is soft and square, the person is wise. Those who are high on all sides and depressed in the middle are rich. If the four peaks are thin and the middle is flat, the wealth will be scattered. Those who are smooth are rich, and those who have dry palms are poor. Those whose palms are as red as spitting blood are honored and noble, while those whose palms are as yellow as brushing the dust are humble. Those with green palms are poor, and those with white palms are humble. People with black moles in their palms are wise and wealthy. Those who have irregularities all around their palms are stupid and poor.

Lingtunzhe’s physiognomy book "Looking at the World" is available on Lingtunzhe Taobao.

The poem says: The ten fingers of a noble man are soft and soft, which not only increases leisure and blessings, but is definitely not a gentleman's sign, and can be cut off by evil and foolishness.

Mostly, human hands want to be soft and long, the shoulders want to be flat and thick, the bones want to be round and low, the wrist joints want to be small, the knuckles want to be thin, the keel (keel near the elbow) wants to be long, and the tiger bone (tiger bone) (near palm) wants to be short. The bones are exposed and thick, the tendons are floating and scattered, the lines are as tight as pinches, and the meat is dry and peeled, which is not a beautiful appearance.

In the past, Wang Kezheng (Kezheng had no children) died without any children. His family practiced Buddhism and his only daughter was more than ten years old. He held an incense lamp in front of the Buddha statue. Chen Boyu said to people: Although I haven't seen Wang's daughter in person, I can see that her hand holding the incense burner is very valuable. If he is a man, he will enter the Imperial Academy in white clothes; if he is a woman, he will become his wife upon marriage. Later, Chen Egong was involved in political affairs and had no wife. Taizong said: "Wang Kezheng belongs to a wealthy family in the south of the Yangtze River. He has a daughter named Shu, and you can match him." Taizong Guolun remarried, so he took her as his wife and was granted the title of county lady within a few days.

For those who have their hands hanging down above their knees, Mr. Liu is all ready. His body is seven feet five inches long. His hands are hanging down above his knees, and his eyes can follow his ears. Hands as white as paper are noble; hands as straight as bamboo shoots are blessed with longevity; hands as smooth as moss are blessed with longevity.

In ancient times, there was a man named Wang Kezheng who had no sons after his death. The only person who worshiped Buddhism in his family was a girl in her 10s. The girl came to the Buddha statue holding incense. Chen Bo went in and saw it. He came out and said to the person next to him: Wang Kezheng's daughter, although I have not seen her face, her hands are very precious. If a boy has such hands, he can get into the exam early and get a title on the gold list. If it's a girl, it can be a lady. Later Chen Egong became a political advisor and had no wife. Taizong said: Wang Kezheng is from a prominent family in the south of the Yangtze River. He has a virtuous daughter. You can marry her. Taizong Guolun remarried, so he married this girl. Soon after, she was named the county lady.

The dragon is long and the tiger is short. The arm reaches the elbow and is called the dragon bone. Xiangjun wants to be long and big. The bone from the elbow to the wrist is called the tiger bone, which resembles a courtier and is intended to be short and small. It is also said: If the hand lines are disordered, there will be blessings and fortune, and there will never be disaster. Those with horizontal and vertical lines on their hands will not be killed without regard to killing; those with vertical and horizontal lines on their hands will be high-ranking officials and ministers. The hand is raised again, and there is no need to pack food for a long journey. It is rare to have someone who admires you in your hand. If there are three ways in the hand (there are three lines on the finger, it is also called three ways), it will make you a slave. If the ten fingers and three covenants are connected, there will be endless wealth and food. The hands are as bent as a tiger, and poor to the bone.

A man's hands are like a cotton bag, and his salary is as high as a prince (a scholar looks like a commoner, so he is famous for being lucky and noble). Women's hands are like cotton bags, and their wealth and wisdom are boundless. The bones of the hand are extremely low, so if a dragon swallows a tiger, it will be prosperous. The fingers are moist and the knowledge is astonishing. If there are no bones, the body should be pointed sideways, and if the body is poor, it will be uneven. The tiger is strong and the dragon is weak, hoping for prosperity alone.

On palm prints

Those with palm prints are also like the rationality of wood. Wood with beautiful grains is called longevity material. Hands with beautiful grains are of noble quality. Therefore, hands cannot be without lines. Those with lines will have a higher appearance, and those without lines will have a lower appearance.

Those with deep and thin lines are lucky, and those with thick and shallow lines are unlucky. The three lines on the palm of the hand, the upper line corresponds to the sky, resembles the king, and the father, and determines the person's rank; the middle line represents the person, symbolizes the wise, and resembles the fool, and distinguishes whether he is rich or poor; the lower line corresponds to the earth, like the minister, and the mother, which determines the person's status. Yaoshou also. Those whose three lines are bright and clean without cracks are the sign of fortune and fortune.

Those who indulge too much will suffer from sexual disorder and disaster. If there are cracks in Hengli, Pepsi will be ruined. Those whose lines are as fine as strands are smart and beautiful. Those whose lines are like gravel are ignorant, poor and humble. Those with wrinkled lines will have a poor life. Those whose grains are like chaff will be happy all their lives.

Those with thread patterns are mainly pursuing wealth. Those with Duanhu pattern and inserted Hu pattern are civil servants. Those whose ten fingers are like spirals are filled with glory and honor. Like those beside the basket, broken and scattered. Those with three horizontal grooves on their ten fingers are noble servants.

Those with horizontal stripes and hooks on their ten fingers are driven. A general is one who has tortoise patterns. Those with fish patterns are Xinglang. Those with crescent moon patterns and wheel patterns are auspicious. Generally speaking, although the pattern is good but breaks through, it is defective and unsatisfactory.

Einstein said: "Imagination is more important than knowledge." I agree very much. In fact, imagination is very important in fortune telling. You will find that the ancients always viewed people as nature and mountains and rivers. The beautiful scenery attracts many people, and it is natural to be noble and wealthy. The landscape is poor and evil, so naturally no one will favor it. Naturally, you have bad luck and will waste your life. Facial appearance is your own feng shui. Facial Feng Shui. It's the same as mountains and rivers. However, the difference between human beings and mountains and rivers is that human beings are able to move and have thoughts. Even in harsh conditions, things can change. Win with surprising moves. This is the day after tomorrow's hard work can beat nature.

There is a gentleman on The Most Powerful Brain who impressed me deeply. His name is Wang Yuheng. The microscopic identification of water is astonishing. He said his secret is: imagination. I believe him. I think if he is willing to see people, he will be able to see them better than me. Because of imagination. Looking at your current appearance, he can think of your past and imagine your future.

It can’t be perfect, because there is no formula for fortune telling. It's not math. It's not that one plus one equals something. But most of the time it must be very accurate.

So I am talking about this here. It is not to promote superstition, nor to make everyone believe in fortune telling. I just think of it as a kind of Chinese culture. It should also be included in Chinese studies. What it brings us is inspiration. It is goodness, it is beauty, it is truth. Not only in appearance, but also in heart. This is its true function. Guiding life and finding mistakes are just its small functions.
