Although the room type is wonderful, and the area of 60㎡ is barely enough, with the birth of the second child Xiao Q, this house has become extremely crowded, and the miraculous effect of the apartment type is more obvious.
Life problem 1: There is a gas pipeline in the center of the diamond-shaped house, and the family lives around the pillar every day.
Even if the couple decorate this gas pipe as a scale for their children to record their height, it will not solve the fundamental problem. Children often get hit here, which will greatly affect the pattern of the family.
Life problem 2: the kitchen area is unreasonable. The first feeling of sitting in this area is crowded, and unreasonable space makes people feel uncomfortable.
The kitchen next to the dining area can only accommodate one person to cook, and the countertop is narrow.
Life problem 3: the corner of the kitchen leads to almost no lighting in the house. At the same time, the corner of the kitchen covers an area of about 1㎡, which can only be used for stacking sundries.
Life problem 4: 1.5 ㎡ The bathroom is too small to go to the toilet on the plane. The door of the toilet must be bent to enter, and the high platform at the door increases the risk of going to the toilet.
Because the bathroom is small, it can't accommodate two people at the same time. Every time I give my son Xiao Q a bath, I can only move the basin to the second bedroom, and take a few times of water and put it in the bathtub to bathe the baby.
Life problem 5: The living room area, which is also the daughter's bedroom, study and painting area, and the husband and wife's temporary working area, has lost its original function.
Amazing u-shaped social kitchen
The gas pipeline that originally stood in the center of the house was decorated with glass bricks by the designer, thus forming a porch.

In order to improve the situation that the kitchen operation surface is not enough and the dining table is forced to act as an isolated platform, the designer planned a U-shaped kitchen for the owners in this period, which not only increased the area of the operation surface, but also made the layout of the kitchen more reasonable and comfortable.

The original uncomfortable handle angle has also been eliminated by designers using kitchen countertops and dining tables. Now, from the entrance hall, the whole space is a very comfortable regular rectangle.

A clean and tidy partition bathroom.
After the renovation, the position of the bathroom has not changed. Considering the drainage needs, the designer reduced the high platform from the original 25 cm to 12 cm, which is more stable than the original bathroom entrance and exit. Divide the shower area and bathroom area with two colors, and move the washbasin outside to realize the separation of the three functions of the bathroom.

An independent living room that condenses family ties.
The original messy living room was divided into two parts by the designer after the transformation, half of which was used as the living room, and the other half was planned as the bedroom of the master couple.

In the scheme planning, the designer planned an independent space for leisure and entertainment for the family, namely the independent living room. Think about the picture of a family sitting in the living room watching TV or playing games.

A door is added to the balcony, which can not only solve the privacy problem of the two rooms, but also observe the children's situation anytime and anywhere through this door.
Because of the owner's "buy buy Buy" behavior, the items at home were flooded and storage became a problem. After the renovation, the designer designed six big wardrobes between couples, and the owners no longer have to worry about the storage problem.

A separate children's room for two children
After the renovation, the designer also divided the bedroom into two parts, half of which was a small O's room and the other half was a small Q's room, which changed the problem that one bed occupied most of the whole room. And designed a separate storage space for two children.

The designer also used this irremovable Y-shaped counterweight wall area to design a study table with a super-large table for Xiao O. When you are tired of studying, you can look out the window and relax your eyes.
Fully functional entrance cloakroom
After the renovation, the designer designed two sets of cabinets on the right side of the porch. After opening the door, you can put the luggage commonly used by the owner for business trips.

The cloakroom is planned for the owner, on the left side of the entrance. When the curtains are opened, there will be a mirror, which is convenient for the owner to change shoes and arrange clothes.
This 60㎡ diamond room has been transformed into a smart home with three bedrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom through the designer's incredible spatial planning ability, which integrates eight functional areas such as work area, cloakroom and children's activity area.
