Ningyang Village has the Millennium Tomb of He Dalang, the father of He Xiangu, with profound cultural background. He Xiangu's father and daughter have a long history of starting a business here, and He Descendants visit the grave in the village very frequently every year. This place has a great influence on the culture of Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Jiangxi. And Wang's magical "Gourd Land" which has a wide influence on culture, as well as the legend of Jiziling: According to legend, in ancient Ninghua, a young couple had been married for many years and were infertile, and went over the mountains to the Lion Mountain in front of the rock to ask He Xiangu for help. Sister-in-law gave them herbs and came back pregnant. The next year, a boy was born and the whole family was very happy. In order to thank He Xiangu, when the child was one year old, the couple carried the child back to Nanyan Cave (Lion Rock in front of the rock) to pay homage. When the child was carried to Lion Mountain 15 to climb the mountain, the couple wanted to have a rest and found that the child was purple and dead. After crying, the couple decided to nail the dead child under a big tree on the mountain, cover it with leaves, and continue on their way to Shishi. Upon arrival, He Xiangu asked, "Where are your children?" The couple were afraid to answer the fact that they had died halfway. He Xiangu saw what they were hiding, and he knew something earlier. He told them to hurry back to see the children, who were waiting for them on the road. The couple listened with a grain of salt, and He Xiangu urged them to go. As soon as the couple left, He Xiangu brought the child back to life. When the couple rushed back to the place where the children were placed, they saw their lively and lovely son and rushed forward to hold him in their arms. Since then, this mountain has been called "Jiziling" by local people until now. "
However, in this legendary ancient village, there is also a well-preserved ancient building: "Dafu Land", which was built during the Qing Dynasty. There are three halls with water, and the civil structure is tall and majestic. This is a typical Hakka building.
As the name implies, "Dafu Land" is the mansion of a scholar-bureaucrat, and its owner is not an "ordinary citizen". In Qing Dynasty, "Dafudi" generally refers to the residence of officials above "Doctor Feng Zhi" in five categories. However, doctors at that time included "honorary positions" obtained from "shadow seals" and "donations", and many of them were not full-time officials. In the autocratic era, under the system of "one person gains enlightenment, chickens and dogs ascend to heaven", when a person becomes an official, his parents, brothers, uncles and grandparents can all be sealed. Although some people become officials, but their ranks are low, they can also get a higher "honorary rank" through "donation" or "sealing" (that is, "scattered rank" without actual power), and many "doctors" are obtained in this way.
It is said that this Dafu was built by Zhong Zien's father, and the hall was luxuriously decorated. Every wall can clearly see the artistic paintings of that year, and the top beams and wooden columns of the roof still retain the exquisite works of art left by the sculptors of that year.
