Why is Anji Haihe Grand Canyon called a geomorphological wonder?

Anji Grand Canyon is a steep cliff valley cut by Anji Haihe River for millions of years underground. The cliff wall is almost vertical. Standing on the edge of the cliff wall is like overlooking the earth at high altitude. The canyons coming from the front, left and right directions gather your feet and make you thrilling. It can be described as flat, narrow, strong and deep, and it can be called a landscape wonder.

Xinjiang Anjihai Grand Canyon is located at the southern end of Anjihai River at the junction of Shawan County and Wusu City, also known as Hongshan Grand Canyon. From Urumqi, take Lianhuo Expressway (G30) westbound to Anji Hai overpass, change to the original 3 12 national highway (now S 1 15 road), continue westbound for about 19 km, get off at the intersection of Hongshan Coal Mine, and go southbound along the county and township highway leading to Bayingou for 24 km.

Anji Haihe River originated in Tianshan Mountain. After years of scouring, it rushed out of the Tianshan Canyon near Tonggut and formed a large-scale impact fan under the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain. The impact fan in the valley is very big, and it opens northward in an umbrella shape, which is a geological wonder. The locals don't know much about the non-scenic spots here, and there are almost no tourists, so the risk of shooting is high. Standing at the top of the mountain and looking at the bottom, my back is cold.
